anime diffrences

How come in animes with some same arcs like the mangas that there are some diffrences in the animes?

Just because of the changes inherent to adapting a manga to an animated program. Sometimes material has to be added, sometimes material has to be removed, sometimes significant numbers of stories have to be created solely for the anime if the show is waiting for the manga to continue. It's just the way it works.
