Over a month ago I bought 3 kits from an eBay store seller in Canada. I'd bought stuff from him in the past and had no problems. The smallest of the kits arrived soon after. A few days later, no sign of the other 2. I contact the seller, he explains he sent 1 in one package and the other two in another. He advises me to wait a little while longer. Over a month later, still no sign. I contact him again, best he can suggest is the post office have accidently sent it surface mail instead of airmail. He offers me a refund, with the potential I can repay him when they arrive (lot of trust there). I decide to go for it, deciding if they don't show up I can always risk my luck and place a second order. He agrees to refund me, with the condition he be allowed to cancel the orders for these 2 kits on eBay's system.
Now, I've never had a deal go awry like this so want I want to know is if he does that will it mean anything bad for me? Am I gonna end up with some kind of feedback implying I've welched on a deal?

I'll assume the two of you will probably rate eachother as ether Nutral or Postivie as there's no basis for ether of you to rate eachother Negatively.
And if the kits do eventualy arive, I'm sure there's a meens of asking the Ebay admin to revise it.

So no, your good.
