Hmm..I almost forgot. Before we open up the RPG, I'd like to sort out anything before I post the actual thread (if any of you are in the Batman RPG, or have read the first few pages of it, you'll notice very little of it is story. It's mostly deciding on what to do...).
So, first the question will be:
1) What will it be based on? (Comics, the movie, or the "Evolution" version of it, currently playing on Kids WB! ?)
and I guess that's the only one.
Oh yeah, and Batboy said he wants Xavier...
So...that's 3 people..2 more and it'll begin.. :)

Umm, I've never done one, but I guess I'll play if ya need me...don't really care which continuity..though either an Evolution, Ultimte or Movies continuity would probably be easier to wade through than the mainstream comics...where there's a whole bunch of continuity I'm not caught up on (though, there's also more fun characters to play with...hrm)
I want it based on the comics.
That's 5 people. I counted, aren't I smart? :)

umm...yes.
The comics huh....present day? w/Xavier in a coma, and the X-Men outed?
Present day with the rogue X-men looking for some books or what not?
X-Men is silly...I like the X-Men...I like Spierman betterer...but I like the X-Men
To be honest I haven't read an X-book since Cyclopes returned...

He left?
Why not work off of the movie continuity?
I asssume everyone playing has SEEN the movie, and there's alot of uncharted territory we could play with, introducing characters...like Gambit & Hank McCoy...
Just a thought...
The only thing I don't like about the Movie is that Rogue is so young.

Whichever thing we decide on, going from the cartoon, comics or movie, works with me. But if we do comics, I only know them vaguely, so I'd need a hand every now and again. And yeah, the problem with the movie is that Rogue was way to young, she's suppose to be around the same age as everyone else right?

Hrm...maybe the old Fox TV Show then....cause it seems like none of us are really up to date w/The Comics...
I think the old Fox show would be best.

Can I play Wolverine and/or Magneto? I'm in favor for one based on the old Fox cartoon.

hrm..Hank McCoy, definately...
maybe Cyclops too since it looks like we're doubling up....
aside from Beast, it doesn't much matter to me.

If most of the people here are doing more than one character, than can I be both Jean Grey and Rogue? If no one objects that is :p

Okay, I guess this is where I should have been posting (silly me looking on the New RPG Suggestions thread :o )
Anyway I want to be Longshot. Here's the best info I can find about him on the net. I guess he's become obscure by now.
Longshot: FA: Longshot #1(of 6) (as an X-Man) UX Annual #10 LA: X-Men #11 Longshot is a genetically engineered humanoid from Mojoverse. He and Alison (Dazzler) are romantically linked. See also Shatterstar.
Longshot
Real Name: Longshot
Height: 5'10"
Hair/Eyes: Blond/Blue
Weight: 140 lbs.
Place of Birth: Mojoworld
First Appearance: Uncanny X-Men Annual #10
Other Aliases: None
Team Affiliation: X-Men (former)
Mutant Powers: Longshot possesses no mutant powers. His ability to defy probability is a power given to him by Mojo, who created him in a lab. Longshot is also very agile due to his ultra-light bones.
History
So may I join the game now?
I've never posted a picture before, but if I did it right this is him

I will start out like this, and if I get the hang of it. I might double up with Warlock.
