WHA? That dumbbutt! Lashley deserved to win

EDIT: If someone could keep me updated, it would really help. I don't have access when they pull PPV events.

Lashley did win, but the ruling was since Vince wasn't pinned, he keeps the title. This is what has happened so far:

Flair over Carlito
Lashley over Shane, Umaga, & Vince, but Vince keeps the title from not being pinned
Punk over Burke
Orton over Michaels after the ref stopped the match when it appeared Michaels was about to collapse.

Burke and Punke got sixteen minutes? As little buildup as this match got on Tuesday, I thought they'd be lucky to break ten. I'll probably borrow the show just to see this match.

Reminds me of the story plot that HBK did with Owen Hart 10-12 years ago!

Many thanks for the update! Man, this isn't turning out how I wanted.

Khali tapped out....KHALI TAPPED OUT! That's the best finish they could come up with!? Dumbass creative staff. Outside of Orton actually "Legend Killing" and MVP finally winning the U.S. Title, it was a bad PPV.

Hardy's defeat Cade & Murdoch, and all 4 shake hands after the match.
Edge defeats Batista after Batista's knee appears to give out. No Henry run-in occurs.
MVP beats Benoit in 2 straight falls.
They're now startting Cena vs. Great Khali, and Khali taps out.

You gotta be kidding me!? The WWE has gone to hell with Cena beating everyone by his no good talent!

Cena beats Khali and to make it worse, he beat him by tap out!? The man is a huge SOB 7'3" and Cena was only 6'1 and Cena was able to apply the stupidist move in wrestling history, the STFU on Khali!? WWE is really getting on my nerves!

Cena has beaten everyone WWE has thrown at him so who the hell is next!? HUH!? Who!?

Well, Khali still has yet to have been pinned though. Maybe they should do Snitsky vs. Khali next time around. ;)

Another Cena overcomes the odds match? It's been two years and nothing has changed in the main event picture. Well, it was fun getting into WWE for a couple of months during Wrestlemania and Backlash but it seems like everything's turning into crap once again. So many injuries, and why can't John Cena recieve one himself? Maybe because aside from a few select matches, he does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING unique in the ring. Just give someone else a chance for God's sake. I'm done with WWE for now. Good thing I ignored my friend's advice and watched Sacrifice last week instead of paying to watch this crap.

So, who's Cena's next challenger? He's beaten and embarrassed nearly everyone on the roster.

I don't understand why the divas got face time in that pointless segment, and the likes of Finley, wgtt, london and kendrick don't get any time. Lousy wwe.

I guess HBK is written out for a while due to that injury. Perhaps Orton's next feud will be with HHH.

Which sucks, since Michaels apparently needs surgery, and Raw needs stars, they should have had Orton go over Michaels clean (or even a little dirty) to re-establish Orton's "Legend Killer" moniker. Instead we have a "HBK never gave up" ending. Grrr.

On another note, why is the STFU the stupidest move in wrestling history? I always thought it looked quite painful and have liked the move since Alex Wright used to use it back in WCW :)

There is nothing wrong with the STU, but it's stupid that when Cena does it they call it the STFU.

WWE continues to go downhill each month and the mass of injuries doesn't help. Looks like TNA is getting the upper hand once again when it comes to quality PPVs and matches.

The current rumor states that Snitsky will be coming over from ECW to feud with Cena next.

There is nothing wrong with the STU, but it's stupid that when Cena does it they call it the STFU.All kinds of people rename moves and this name does fit with Cena's character and matches the name of his other finisher. Feel free to call the name stupid, but it's not as if Cena is doing some unheard of sacrilegious thing. It could be worse, Isaac Yankem's finisher was a DDT called the DDS.

And I'm sure you were just typing fast and not thinking, but the standard name is the STF, the 'U' is just tacked on the end. I'm with you on not bashing the move, it can be a good one, but Cena doing it is no longer working for me. William Regal's Regal Stretch was pretty effective.

I'm ticked off by that move cause Khali was 7'3" and Cena is only 6'1" and he was able to lock in that dumb move on a huge man!? Come on! And when the STFU was locled in, you mean to tell me that Khali didn't have the mass power and strength to at least lift himself up and power out of the move!? Aghhhhhh!!!

Aghhhhhh!!!:mad:Unfortunately neither man has the talent to make it look particularly convincing, but that's really the most viable method of Cena beating Khali in a non-no-DQ match. In a fight against a guy that size, you're pretty much using your speed advantage and waiting for him to do something stupid so you can use a submission hold.

Other than the main event, which was every bit as bad as everyone expected, Judgment day was pretty damn good. Flair/Carlito, Hardys/Cade & Murdoch, and Benoit/MVP were great and Punk/Burke was probably the WWE match of the year so far.

Ha! I was right! I knew I saw Khali's foot was under the rope when Cena had the STFU on. Go to wwe.com and see what they found out!
