Eduardo telling Mac to "be cool, homey" was worth the entire ep. XD

Oh, PLEASE don't let this episode end with someone claiming the money and everyone going home unhappy...

Did anyone else catch the Mario Bros. cameo?

The power of the 100 is quite impressive. And I can see why everyone would chase after poor Edwardo just to get some of his money. There were a good set of jokes in here, from all the stuff Madame Foster was sellign at the Swap Meet, Bloo trying to get the handstuffed cobra statue and almost calling the guy a ripoff artist (speaking of continuity I liked Mac trying to get his figures that he sold in "One False Movie" back), Wilt crushed and in need of Lemonade, Herrimen wanting Ed to invest, Frankie wanting the cleaning aid vaccum, the chase scene (with a Mario and Luigi cameo to boot) and them buying Edwardo the dollhouse at the end. I kind of didn't like the ending revealing he had all those treasures but the credits with him explanining his finaical secrets to Herrimen sold me on it. Guess Ed's a lot more crafty then you would think sometimes.

I liked the fact that Eduardo likes to play with dolls - he WAS created by a girl, after all. And the episode held my interest. But I'd sure like to know where Eduardo got all that loot. I realize it was the punch line, but...where'd he get all that loot???

"You might find something you like."
"Like a brain!"

Or maybe... a $100 bill?

A story about the wide openness of swap meets, turned into a scramble of greed for one Benjamin Franklin. As for the craziness, I thought it was kinda sad for a dehydrated Wilt to be dragged all over the place. Though it's easy to say everyone wanted what they wanted is in-character, at the same time it's made the cast kinda predictable, in my opinion.

I will say, though, Eduardo being coy about not knowing what to do with the money really threw me off come the episode's surprise ending. Wow... he just kinda duped us all, didn't he?

"The Buck Swaps Here": 3.5/5.

I loved the Mario Brothers cameo, but in an attempt to claim his doll house Eduardo destroyed everything in the fair, and it did show some of the great comic moments that have made me miss Fosters since it hasn't been as good lately.

It's not shown on TV (at least not yet) but when this ep aired on Cartoon Network video they actually did explain how Edwardo got the money in the ending credit sequence. Allow me to transcribe it for those of you who didn't see it.

(Scene: Edwardo and Herrimen are in Herrimen's office as Herrimen looks over at a paper).
HERRIMEN: So I don't cash it in at this point?
EDWARDO: It's simple. If you cash out at this juncutre, you es going to get hit hard. You'll end up with these that extend you're inital vallumed price.
HERRIMEN: So what investement strategy should I pursue?
EDWARDO: Bonds, money markets, c-bills, very safe conserative invesments. But if you want to achieve the success that I have achieved, I'd suggest you'd buy into some top unyielding stocks.
HERRIMEN: Like what?
EDWARDO: Beany bagies, My ese donkey, the dolly property is always strong. Never underestimate the buying property of the four year old girl. They es a gold mine. (Herrimen nods as he takes all the info down).

So there you have it... sort of.

I was in the US on Friday and was lucky enough to catch 'The Buck Swaps Here'. I found that it was one of the funniest episodes in a long time for Foster's. Madame Foster and Bloo were in full form and love the return of "Y-You Rip-off Artist!".

This is the kind of Foster's episode I missed. Simple but fun story, crazy charecter moments, and a really fun satisfying conclusion. Job well done Foster's crew.

I still haven't seen the Mario Bros., but I did see Jay-Z when they arrive at the swap meet.

Edit: Just saw Mario & Luigi.
