View Full Version : Such lovely conversations we could have-if we ever met!

I made a similar thread like this long ago at CNX, but decided to try here (assuming the idea hasn't been touched yet).

What fictional characters (comics, video games, live action or animated) do you think would become good friends if they ever met? What do they have in common that would make them 'relate' to each other? What'd they talk about? And, if you feel like stretching it a bit more to fanfiction realm...do you feel they could work as an item?

Bonus: feel free to act out a brief little 'role play' conversation between the characters. Remember, tho-brief!

My attraction to comic and cartoon characters would probably be cursed like my attractions in real life. I tend to be attracted to girls who would have ZERO interest in a guy like me. Daria, for example, would be one I know I would be attracted to, but somehow I doubt a real life Daria would give me the time of day!

Um, not to be an annoyance, Calhoun07, but I asked what would it be like if two fictional characters from different universes ever mer *EACH OTHER*, not you and the character :( :)

Harley Quinn from BTAS and Hexadecimal from ReBoot! They're both insane, although Harley's sort of "I'm insane in a cute sort of way, so love me!" insane and Hex is sort of "Ripping apart your city brings a girlish smile to my lips" insane.

Q from ST: TNG and Mr. Mxyzptlk (I probably spelled that wrong).... they'd annoy each other to death.

Cybersix and Max from Dark Angel.....they could share "Poor me" stories about why it sucks to be genetically engineered.

--to the "Fantasy Cartoon Matchups" post at the Cartoon Cartoons! site. But here goes--
*Pinky and Quinn Morgendorffer. Explored that maybe a little too much in the FanFic realm several years back.
*Sharon Spitz (BRACEFACE) and Katie Kaboom (ANIMANIACS). I'd suggested a fight between them, but actually they'd probably get along splendidly. Sharon has trouble with her braces' electromagnetic charge; Katie has what I think is a hormone imbalance that causes her to blow up when mad. So togehter they'd be (very literally) dynamite.
*Aku (SAMURAI JACK) and Chandu (JACKIE CHAN ADVENTURES). I wonder if one of Uncle's chi spells would work on Aku?
Though neither of these two ancient Chinese sorcerers would be willing to share power and would probably turn on each other sooner or later.
*Tom Anderson (BEAVIS AND BUTT-HEAD) and Hank Hill (KING OF THE HILL). They'd have a few beers and discuss the myriad of ways the world is going to hell. Also, Dale Gribble and Fox Mulder get together to discuss conspiracy theories ("Aliens kidnapped your sister, eh? I think it's them same aliens that have been relieving themselves in my rose bushes at night!" Bill, nearby, looks ashamed of himself and keeps quiet.)
*Eric Cartman's mother and the psycho killer in TERROR FIRMER. Hermaphrodites. Enough said.

Brain from pinky and the brain and arthur from the tick. I can see them at a bar discussing dealing with idiots for partners.

I read a fanfic once about a conversation between Riddick from Pitch Black and Wolverine, mostly concerning their relationships with young ladies. It was hysterical.

Freakazoid, Earthworm Jim, the Ripping Friends, and the Tick. They're all wacky, satiric superheros.
