Has anyone had any luck contacting Jason Almeida? (aka Vitaphone) I have been trying to reach him concerning a tape trade/purchase. I sent in my payment for 5 volumes of tapes around the first of December, and I have yet to hear from him or receive my tapes. In fact, the last time I heard from him via e-mail was in late August during a previous tape trade/purhase. (my tapes arrived a couple of weeks later, BTW)

In case anyone else is wondering, this is NOTHING against Jason. As a matter of fact, he is an excellent tape-trader/dealer and possibly one of the very best tape traders I have done business with. Jason also has a great collection of late silent & early sound films (circa 1925-1936), and even has many cartoons no one else seems to have!

Jason, if you are reading this, please try to get back with me ASAP and let me know about my tapes! :bosko:

I have been waiting for another trade with Jason for several months and I still haven't heard from him.We made a deal on which shorts he would like from me and what I would like from Jason and I sen't him several e-mails and no repsonses at all.I know that he is really busy, but he can take a couple of mintues out of his schedule, to let me know about my collection :(

Do either of you guys have any other address for Jason Almeida besides the post-office box he uses (14337) in Fremont, CA ??? There is a J. R. Almeida who died in Nov. 2001 in northern California... (probably not the same guy...).

From the last time I spoke to Jason, he told me that it's same address that's on his web-site.I already finished his videos and I'm just waiting to get a word from him about our second trade.

I sent your video over three months ago and still have not received anything in return - so if you already finished the videos in February where are they?
