Stupid question about signatures

Howdy. I have a Stupid Newbie Question (TM).

How do you get the HTTP link to a site to come up as a click-and-go link in your signature? Do you use HTML or is there another code you have to use? If you check out the sucky sig, you'll see why I'm asking.

Well what I do is I pretemnnd I'm about to write a new post, go to the box http:// then I go and copy the link (With the HTML script). Then I go to the control panel and put the stuff into my sig.
