In "Robin's Reckoning" Part 2, in the flashback sequence where Batman rescues Dick from Tony Zucco near the river and takes him to the Batcave via the Batwing, he says he's the "1st, correction, 2nd one to see it". Who was the first one? He isn't referring to Vicki Vale from the live action film is he? Or Alfred? Who then?

Alfred, definitely. The movies don't fit into regular continuity and Alfred has raised Bruce since his parents were killed.

I think it was Rash Agul, Talia or maybe even Aunt Harriet.

Batman didn't even meet Ra's Al Ghul until Dick was in college. Talia was only a few months before that. Aunt Harriet and Vicki Vale don't exist in B:TAS. I think I remember reading somewhere that even Leslie Thompkins didn't see the Batcave until years after the events shown in the "Robin's Reckoning" flashbacks. So the only person I know of that it could be is Alfred. I mean, at that point, Batman hadn't been around very long himself.

True, true. It seems Alfred was the first. Like in "Mask of the Phantasm", in the flashback sequence early in Bruce's career.
