What show is this?

Ive been wondering all week. It was on like cartoonnetwork a long time ago I think. It was these people with big foreheads and the had to have unicycles hold their big foreheads up or they would fall over. A really weird show but i just want to know the name of it.

I think it was something on What a Cartoon show. Do you remember did it have a robot and a space ranger trying to do their laundry.
