All the Superbowl's musical numbers were faked :) ?

Since the sponsors wanted everything to come out perfect they pre-recorded every song, melody, etc two weeks before the actual event! :bosko:

The singers lipsyinced and the musicians "acted" since the sound system was waaaay to loud it didn't matter if musician made a mystake NOBODY would hear it.

That's not a big shock at all. Lots of concerts are now "fixed" you could say. The singers just need to dance on cue and lipsinc. It makes sense though, especially when doing a lot of concerts, you don't want your voice to go out on you.

Dancing is hard. Well I know I can't dance let alone sing. So give them a break think about it thats alot of work.

Synching happens all the time in these national performances. However U2's performance was real! No synching there.

No offense, but my impression is that it's because it's very hard to dance around and look all silly and sing at the same time. For example, it's pretty clear to me that from the way Britney dances that her diaphragm wouldn't be able to push the air past her vocal cords very well as she twists and convulses her torso. And if you practice at all well (which you should be doing if you get the big $$$) your voice won't just randomly give up on you.

I'd much rather have real singing than a record myself, but I'm not much into pop so I don't think that it's as much of an issue.

They lip synched to OTHER people's voices. The people in question here are just doing it with their own.
