Well it's about time. June 17th huh? I'll remeber that date. Hey wait a minute where is The Boondocks second season? Wasn't that suppose to start June 15th?
Oh and looks like Cowboy Bebop won't be back on Saturday. And what's this double Futurama on Saturday?!? And on Sunday?!? And the rest of the week?!? Ok I already knew about double Futurama Monday-Thursday and I knew that Sunday would also be seeing double Futurama but I didn't think Saturday.

Is the Star Wars special going to have all-new sketches or old ones put together?

Boondocks was pushed back to September.
No change in weekdays (which is doing great), and a Chicken marathon on 6/17. The main Saturday changes are win-lose though. Trinity Blood gets a much deserved full run (though it should be on weekdays, but whatever), but why do we need double Futurama also on Saturdays now?

The answer is, we don't but they're giving it to us anyway.

Awesome. I love Robot Chicken, and I think a Star Wars special will be great. I can't wait till it airs.

That's because the real news here is that Mark Hamill will reprise his role as Luke Skywalker, which is something he said he wouldn't do again for Lucasfilm.
Which is more proof that the Seths are taking over Adult Swim, one ratings smash at a time.

I'm defintley going to say it has new ones. Why else would George Lucas, Malcom McDonald, Robert Smigel etc have guest stars in it if there wasn't new material in it? This is a specific made for the 30th anniversary special, not a "holiday" special scrapped together from old stuff like the Christmas Special. I have a feeling it will be rather good, espically if George is okay with the parodies. Then again you could make a joke how his sense of quality has gone down through the years but that would be a rather cheap shot that I'm not going to make...
So quick someone else make it okay?:)

Great, so Mark Hamill is gonna reprise his role as Luke Skywalker! He already did so once before on Robot Chicken in that sketch in the episode Vegetable Funfest.

Aw, I'm going to be out of the country that week. Oh well, I'll catch it in reruns. But it looks good.

Ok. I understand it's Robot Chicken and I have nothing against them, in fact it's one of my favorite shows but what I want to know is, is it going to be silly or serious? I mean it's going to be 30 minutes long and it's for Star Wars' 30th anniversary.

Reused sketches, I knew this special wouldn't be on without either Papaltine Phone Call or Jedi Bush.

Hammil already returned to the Luke role briefly officially- he did narration for a commercial for the New Jedi Order series, with Luke summing up his adventures in the films and then implying what was coming blew them out of the water.
