Which of the three do you prefer? I mostly love Donald the best.

Donald, of course. He's always been the most realistic as far as personality. Mickey has flaws, but he's pretty much always on the up and up, and Goofy is just goofy. Some of the stuff Donald does and ponders doing is what most people probably would in real life.

All three of them are unique in thier own way. Goofy for his dimwittedness & clumsiness, Mickey for his charms and Donald for his short-temper and voice. I'd have to say Mickey or Goofy.

I'm mad about the Mouse - especially retro style. But Donald's a very close second because he's about the funniest cartoon character ever.
I dunno...I like Mickey alot, but if I had to choose between the three of them (Mickey,Donald, and Goofy),it'd be Donald,as he's the funniest of the three....

Donald, because of these three he's propably the most human character. Something we can thank Carl Barks for since he developed Donald's personality beyond the hothead he was (and is) in the cartoons.

They're all cool, but I'd have to go with Donald, because literatelly everyone should be able to relate to him since everyone has lost their temper in their lives. Mickey comes second mainly because after being really funny in his old cartoons, he became really boring and unfunny due to overpopularity that limited what he could do (he's gotten alot better nowadays though.) And while Goofy is funny, he comes last because his stupid clumsiness is pretty much all that he has, while at least Donald and Mickey have other sides to them.

I always liked Donald the best out of the 3. He's just so much funnier, and I grew up watching a lot of his cartoons.

AAARRRGGHH.... It's... too hard... to choose.
Seriously, though, I love all three. Every life lesson i've ever learned, I learned from them.

I go with Donald. He's actually the most popular of the three, but Mickey has and always will be Disney's mascot. Goofy has so many personalities I can't decide which one I like the best.

Since Donald Duck is one of my favorite Disney characters, I voted for him. :donald:

I voted for Donald. To me, Goofy can sometimes be too goofy, as though he's trying too hard to be funny or something. Donald just seems the most natural, realistic and funny. He and Goofy are both pretty close though, in general.
Mickey hasn't appealed to me since I was about five, and even then, I only really liked him because he was billed as the star character. Furthermore, I liked him less and less as the shorts went on. The early-mid period was my favourite, mid 30's-early 40's or so. After that, I really didn't like the changes made to his design (I'm referring to the 50's design where he wore the T-shirts and had rounder eyes with eyebrows-- Yuck!!) ...He's rarely funny, and seems to rely more on bouncy animation and cuteness than actual entertainment value.

I agree with you about Mickey - however, he CAN be funny, as shown in Runaway Brain, where he not only showed a more-than-usual flair for slapstick, he displayed pathos, which is something the Duck and the Goof aren't nearly as good at. Mickey was also pretty good (if occasionally off-model) in Three Musketeers. But the real good news is that he's made a terrific comeback in the preschool series Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. The show is doing well in the ratings for its target demo, plus Mickey has never looked better. Somebody finally figured out an appealing 3D design for him that is both fresh and retro at the same time. Not to mention that the quest to make his ears work in perspective has thankfully been abandoned. They're handled the same way they were in his classic 2D shorts. Guess somebody also figured out that if you could do the ears-always-face-front trick with a pencil, it'd be a snap with a computer! :D

Word! New 3D Mickey looks so much better than the rather ugly-looking old 3D Mickey. They also do well at 3D Mickey in Kingdom Hearts II.

By ugly-looking 3-D Mickey, do you mean the one from Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas?

Mickey Mouse all the way, everyday baby. I prefer the Twice Upon A Christmas Mickey he seems more life like than Clubhouse Mickey for some reason but both are sweet.
