Wholey barrels of Bat-monkies, people. Time just zips by when you're munching on a new FQ. Well it's time for another one, so just relax. :) Now we all dream of Superman's animated series getting more seasons when it was in production back in the day (quiet you! It's my FQ, if I say you dream you dream!) so on that note:
If SupermanTAS was still in production, who would be the next character you'd bring in from Superman's universe??

Magog. It would be great to see Superman fight DC's answer to Cable.

Hehe, it would be kind of interesting if they brought in Krypto, maybe cool, maybe not. I'd love to see any new person from the comics come into the cartoon....of all characters though, I would't want Granny back...she freaked me out *shudders*.

Did they ever bring in Lois's dad (real time, no monkey flashbacks)? He was always good comic relief in the comics.(calling clark a wuss, etc...)

I'd say Ambush Bug, he'd be a good comic relief villian for big blue.

He was in the Titano episode in real time. He brought the musical monkey to Lois in Metropolis. I only recall seeing him for a few moments though.
As for other characters, I kinda thought it would be cool to see Superboy (the clone, not a teenaged Superman). I could see Luthor trying the whole clone thing again, and this time having it work (unlike Bizzaro), but maybe Lois or Superman himself saving the kid before he's fully grown orunder Luthor's control.

blue beetle and booster gold would have made for a good episode
they start out as rookies-- kinda blundering their way around town-- the people like them but at first they arent the best of heroes-- when they save supes they start to turn it around and get the hang of the superhero biz
that would have been a good ep

Another choice'd be Mr. Marvel (with Oberon, his troll aide-de-camp) and/or the empath Sleez....

Hmm well I've never seen S:TAS because it hasn't been aired here properly, but I've read Superman Adventures a bit, and I know all about the characters and show etc. (Oh, I've seen the Batman/Superman Movie and Superman:Last Son of Krypton too).
But if it was still in production... Well I guess it would be good to see Booster Gold in an episode or two :) I guess I would say Superboy, but I've never really been a fan of his. There are more villains then heroes I'd rather see though. I think Multi-Face from the SAdv comics should've gotten an episode, and Atomic Skull would have been great.

I would most definitely devote an entire season to "Death of Superman", "World Without a Superman", and "Reign of the Supermen." This way, we get Doomsday, Eradicator, Superboy, Cyborg, and Mongul. What an ultimate compromise. :)
What a great way to examine all the other characters of Superman in the way they deal with their grief over the loss of him. God, this would make for such a fantastic season of television, or even two or three animated movies ;)

I'd bring in the Cyborg. He's a great villain. And if an adaption of the Death of Superman story was done, it'd be even better.

see i would love that idea about the death/return thing
IF
the whole thing wasnt cooked up originally to boost sales-- if you're going to kill the greatest hero ever then do it and dont cop out on it
this would be like killing Captain America and then bringing him back........oh wait.......
