What is up with Kyle becoming Ion? I saw something about it on the news page, but I don't read as many comics as I would like.

Phoenix could probably take most of the League out by de-stabilizing our sun. Superman might survive, but just run him around for a while, he'll eventually run out of breath and there's no oxygen in space. Plus Phoenix is a VERY powerful telepath that could probably even mess with a god's head.

Honestly, I think the only members that have a chance agaisnt her solo are Superman and Green Latern. I think the only way they could beat her is mentally, by trying to unlock the Jean Grey persona, if they last that long.
