I have seen plenty of such watches in my time. Mickey Mouse watches, for example, are an American icon. So, who here has had a watch with a cartoon/comic character?
At different times, I've had Bugs, Taz, Scooby-Doo, and Batman. The Bugs Bunny watch is my most prized and I don't wear it very often (it actually plays "The Merry-Go-Round Broke Down"). I presently sport a Spider-Man watch for my day-to-day goings on.

For a time I had two Wallace & Gromit watches. One had Gromit's sidecar plane on the face, the other a drawing of them both riding the bike into action.

Probably everyone's had the Mickey Mouse watch at some point in their lives.

I had a Go-Bot watch that transformed into a robot.
I had one of those transforming robot watches as well.
I also had a Donald Duck watch once.

A Sylvester watch that looks very formal (leather band with Sylvester rotating around the clock face chasing Tweety).
Also, a Legend of Zelda: Orcarina of Time pocket watch featuring Adult Link on the clock face, w/ black leather Triforce-emblazoned holder and silver chain. Got it exclusively with my copy of OoT way back in '98.
But both watches are dead now. I might replace the batteries in the Zelda one because it is darn spiffy-looking.

I think I only had one of those kind of watches and it was a Pokemon electronic watch (it was from a short-lived electronic watch brand in 1999, was it called Z-Watch or X-Watch?) which I used as an alarm clock at the time. Every morning at 6:30am, it lit up and went in Ash's voice (with Ash's face animated in the watch speaking the words), "Wake Up! Time to catch some Pokemon!" over and over again until I pressed a button. Ahhh, memories. xD

I had a Garfield alarm clock shaped like the cat's head. It has Lorenzo Music's voice. When it goes off there's a huge beep and said "Time to get up sleepy head". When you press the snooze button he it says "Nah, don't get up. Stay in bed, sleep longer.".
I also had a Pokemon watch, it was a Charmander. Never got the thing to work. Though it does do a little demo animation with Team Rocket showing up, Jesse uses Ekans and Ash uses Charmander and something else happened.

I had a Garfield watch when I was little but when I got curious and stuck it under running water it stopped working. I also had one of Goofy, Marvin the Martian, and Batman which used the cover of one of the early Detective Comics.

I once had a Transformers watch. It was in the shape of a red Autobot's head with a blue mouth. All I had to do was push the blue mouth button and the head splits open revealing a digital watch.

I've never had a watch like that, not even Mickey, but I did have an X-Men TAS analog wall clock. It had various characters from the series around the dial.
I have several different Mickey Mouse watches, including my very first watch (which is the "classic" one where Mickey's arms are the minute and hour hands).....The one I currently wear plays the "Mickey Mouse Club" song when you press a button on its side....
I also have two Tinkerbell watches, and one with Simba from the Lion King...

I had a Angelica and Susie for Rugrats In Paris, but that's been long dead. My ex girlfriend has a Mickey watch, but I don't have any kind currently. I may order an Archie "Three On A Milkshake" one when I get the money, though.
