Founded means that you created and established them, which obviously you didn't.

1) that is run by this site, and it was taken down because it was suppossed to be updated with Toonami, Boomerang, and Miguzi stuff. But since that was suppossed to come out fall 2005, i bet it's long abandonned
2)That was a news update on tz.net a week or so ago
