From what we've seen, who has the best chemistry when we see them paired together. I vote for Green Lantern and Flash, they're like butter and bread. Actually Philly Cream Cheese and Bagels.

Also, I'd like to see Batman alone for one episode, which pretty much means a solo return for BTAS. We see the team in the beginning and end, and he goes back to gotham. Then we see his team, or family, of Robin, Batgirl, and Nightwing. Then maybe they could have a Justice League villian come to Gotham and have the Bats and family have to take him on alone. That would be wicked cool.

This also belongs in the dream episode thread, sorry.

Yeah I agree Flash and GL have great chemistry. The Brave and the Bold should be a great episode, and we'll finally probably get to see some more dimensions added to Flash. Next to Batman he's definately my favorite and I can't wait to see him explored more.

As much as I'd like a new episode of BTAS, I doubt they'd do it on JL... but that would be a dream come true for me too.

Hey howsabout this? A Gotham Focused episode that spotlights both Batman AND Hawkgirl, the two detectives. That should give all us BTAS fanatics something to rave about. It could be a murder mystery or something that ends up involving people from the Batman supporting cast.

I think it's cool when Flash and J'onn team up.

But Batman and J'onn would rock.

A Batman/J'onn J'onzz team-up would be, um, interesting, because neither of them likes to talk. That would be a real challenge to write, but it would be a lot of fun to see each one anticipate the other's actions while they track down a case.

I agree that GL and Flash have the best personal chemistry. I've got high hope for "B&B."

I’d love to see Wonderwoman & Hawkgirl team up; She was purposely a no-show for the paradise lost ep.
They could have take down Faust and Hades alone from the looks of it. Saving WW from that implausible exile. But then that was the whole point. When MM paused before stating the team would help, it felt like he’d almost say; “we can’t help you, but there’s one of us who can.”
I’ll look forward to any scenes where they might go it alone, playing of their unique character and style.

I dunno, I've always seen Flash as the talker, really, unless you're not talking about his occasional one liners. "Anyone got any weed killer!?"

Nevertheless, either type of Flash would make for a great team up with Batman. I'd love to see it. Batman would use his calm, solitary persona to try and keep from slapping Flash in the face! lol.

I wanna see more Batman and Superman, more Flash and GL, and more of MY pic for this thread's question: J'onn and Batman. They both seem very solitary and, although NOT oposites, I think they'd make a great pair.

Oh, and Clark and J'onn would make a good pair since their so obviously similar. :)

Boy, I look stupider than usual. (And that's pretty hard to do!) I had "Flash" on the brain, so I screwed up. I meant to write:

"A Batman-J'onn Jonzz team-up would be, um, interesting, because neither of them likes to talk."

Going back now to fix the original message.

How about a Batman episode where a villain comes to Gotham--one that Batman just can't beat on his own. We all know how touchy Bats can be when it comes to fighting crime in Gotham and it would mess with him to need to call in the League. Imagine Batman, responding to the Batsignal, having to explain to Gordon why he's flanked by six out-of-towners:

Gordon: "So, who are your friends?"

Batman: "These are, um, just some extra muscle. I could do this by myself, you know. I just choose not to this time."

Gordon: "Right."

And at the end of the episode Gordon tugs on GL's sleeve. "What's your phone number in case we need you again?"

I think they should at least do one BTAS and STAS episode for nostalgia's sake if anything.

For the Superman one, it would have to be a Doomsday. Of course this would make a great JL DTV.

As for another team-up I'd like to see GL and Wonder Woman at least once. They seem to have a conflicting scathing relationship. It would be cool to have them trapped in a situation disliking each other, and Wonder Woman trying to prove herself to GL that she is worthy. Although, that may be demeaning to her fans.

Aside from Flash/GL, I'd really like to see Green Arrow and Green Lantern team up. I originally thought about Hard Travelling Heroes, but that may have to be altered because John doesn't need the sociology lesson that Hal needed. And if that can't be done, then I just want to see Oliver and John beat each other up every few minutes, just for kicks. :D

Yeah, and this would be a JL episode how....?

Flash and GL are an awesome team. So's Flash and J'onn. And Flash and Bats. Heck, Flash with anyone. Batman with Hawkgirl would be cool. J'onn with Hawkgirl. J'onn with Diana. Bats with Diana. GL with Bats. The possibilities are endless. As Mark Waid said: "Just put two characters together and watch them play off each other."

I would definately have to agree. This was one of my favorite parts in the JL pilot. These guys are the ultimate odd couple. GL is the only member that can put Flash in his place. I am hyped about "The Brave and the Bold." :D

Another interesting teamup would have to be Batman and Hawkgirl. Both are detectives and have killer fighting moves but Hawkgirl is a bit too headstrong. :)

Howdy all,

- Batman, Green Lantern, and J'onn J'onzz. Nobody would smile or say a line of dialog the whole episode.

- WW and Hawkgirl, with Supergirl, Batgirl, and Black Canary thrown in for good measure. Charge of the Estrogen brigade.

I like Flash's chemistry with GL better than his chemistry with JJ. You get the feeling he really gets under GL's skin, so he can't resist needling GL and GL can't resist taking the bait. J'onn is a lot more reticent -- in PL it was like watching Flash talk to a lamp post -- so there weren't as many sparks.

How about Superman and MM go on a mission and get stranded. They reflect on their losses and go through a period of spiritual healing.

How about Flash and WW? That'd be funny to see ;)

I, personally, am in favor of a Gotham focused episode featuring a Batman and Hawkgirl teamup. They could team up as the Riddler has kidnapped someone close to Hawkgirl, I'm not sure who though. It could also feature cameos by numerous members of the Bat-universe.

Team-ups I'd like to see that haven't been mentioned are Nightwing coming in and being a guest star, maybe have him answer the signal instead of Batman or Batman sending Nightwing because he is too busy. Then the friendship between Nightwing and Flash can be explored. Or finding a way to team up Nightwing and Flash being that they are best friends, at least in comic continuity. Also, the Batman/J'onn J'onzz would be interesting as would Green Lantern and the Flash. Really looking forward to the Brave and the Bold.

Aye, I agree that the Flash has good chemistry with Green Lantern. The Flash also works well with the Martian Manhunter (who makes a perfect straight man for the Flash's comical remarks).

For future episodes, I too would love to see one that took place in Gotham, with the JL having to back-up Batman (possibly to take on someone like Ras Al Ghul). The idea of the JL showing up at the same time Batman does for a bat-signal call is quite enticing. Additionally, I like the idea of a Nightwing guest star role, with Nightwing filling in for Batman during an episode. Give them a chance to see some of the Dark Knight's detective savvy with a bit more light-hearted outlook.

Even though its been done practically to death, I still love Batman-Superman team ups. The two are the perfect foils for each other on the rare occasion that they do work together

Peterparker05,

You'd get my vote there. I'd love to see this--an episode with Batman and Hawkgirl center stage, but with the other five 'regulars' pitching in to help out. And the Riddler, Penguin, Joker, and Catwoman in the episode would make my day. :)
