The intelligent discourse on American Politics in the twentieth century continues as Timothy and Ericcone discuss the impact Calvin Coolidge had on workers and how his Administration led to the depression. Discuss!

And Bob seems to like doing bits about excrement.
I now offically like this show more than Tom. A+++

This might be my personal favorite (so far)
A strong central skit to unite all the sketches, while the side-sketches themselves were all pretty uniformly funny. Tom Kenny as always was hilarious as the ficticious host the audience all seemed to know ("the dudley dip") and have inside jokes with.
If anything I got a huge Mr. Show vibe from this episode (and that's a good thing).

I got a Mr. Show vibe from this episode too. It wasn't as funny as anything Mr. Show ever did but it had that vibe like Bob was steering it more on this episode.

What are you talking about? Bob has a lot less to do with this show than he did with Tom Goes to the Mayor. He's just a consultant. He got Tim and Eric off the ground and now they're just doing their own thing for the most part. Even the one sketch he does appear in was written completely by Tim and Eric, as that role was originally meant for Paul Reubens.

A lot of people on other message boards and reviews think that this is a weak episode and I do agree, although I believed "Salame" and "Dads" [Mmm...Tim and Eric and their staff of writers can't stop thinking about their Dads!] were the worst in my opinion...
Other than the weird CGI cartoon, the 50-year old Tim & Eric singing, and the hilarious "re-enactment", everything was pretty weak. That MIDI joke probably would've been funny 10 years ago.
