What OS do you people use? Oh, and don't just say Windows or Mac or Linux. Please be specific when saying your OS.

Me, I use Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

EDIT: Oh, and I have a PC with Windows XP Home Edition

Windows XP, on both my PC and laptop.

(Though sometimes the nostalgic bug bites and I miss having Windows 3.1. :D )

Whatever VirtualDub will run on. Currently that's Windows XP Pro.

Vista doesn't like it and somebody needs to write it for Mac.

LOL aye. My old Paint Shop Pro 8 program hates Vista as it crashes randomly when I jiggle the cursor at the wrong time.

Uh. Vista Home Premium Edition for my main computer. Windows XP Home Edition for my other computer.

Haven't we had another recent OS thread? Hrm. Ah well.

Most of the time, Windows 2000. I'd have switched to Win XP, but having lost my personal copy of the corporate edition (yes, it was legal) in an unfortunate accident, I could never bring myself to pay for another copy...

I always keep a dual boot with Linux running, which I usually stick to while programming. If it weren't for gaming and graphics work, I'd be comfortable enough giving Windows the boot... err... not booting Windows.

I would run Ubuntu, but I couldn't get the proprietary nVidia drivers installed when I last had time to re-install Linux. System wasn't stable enough to even change drivers from the command line. I went through other distros, but Mandriva was the only thing to work "out of the box". I plan to try Ubuntu again over the summer, once the next release is out.
