Hey, KP fans, one of the things that Mark McCorkle and Bob Schooley mentioned in my interview with them was their new novel, Liar of Kudzu, which was just published by Simon & Shuster. Apparently, Disney has just acquired the option (http://www.variety.com/article/VR1117961963.html?categoryid=14&cs=1) to do it as a Disney Channel Original Movie, with the pair writing. It'll be live-action, apparently, but they did pretty well with Sky High, IMO.
Anyway, KP fans looking for a fix while the show is in reruns may want to check it out.
