Beetle Bailey was never in a Paramount cartoon (well he might of, but no at the same time as Popeye, Casper, Herman & Katnip, etc.). Harvey DID however publish his comic books back in the 1960s, along with Felix the Cat.

One certainty and one maybe to go, Thad: If you're kind enough to Seymour Kneitel's memory/legacy to count Paramount's early-1960s "Comic Kings" shorts (most of which first aired on TV) as a true theatrical series, Beetle Bailey was indeed among its cartoon stars.

As for Harvey Comics, they did the finest job I can recall on those Felix comic books (oh, sad the day when that license was shifted to Dell), including one issue about Felix in ancient Rome that I deeply wish I still owned. But Beetle? Not as long as they were rolling in Sad Sack dough ... that's the "maybe."
