In defense of FUNimation, they've gotten SOOOOO much better since they first started doing Dragonball Z. Their DVD's are now dual-language & unedited and they're dubbing is getting really good. Their recent Blue Gender series is getting some really good reviews so I wouldn't worry too much about FUNimation anymore. They know what they did wrong and they know what anime fans want so they're going to do things right from now on.

I've seen DBZ dubbed to spanish and they kept the original score, now when I see the US version I realize how much they change it from the original product, that's why I don't like FUNImation.

I'd be suspicious of the TV airing, but the DVD release should be a good one. They really have been doing well on their first few direct-to-video anime releases. I am curious as to how they will handle the shoujo anime show, "Fruits Basket."

Uh, we've known this for a while, but I must say, I've seen Blue Gender and they're doing a pretty good job with it. After all the hate that was thrown at them for DBZ, maybe they've finally desided to listen to it's fans.

Yu Yu Hakusho is one of my favorite series, I saw the trailer on the "Cooler's Revenge" movie, and it seems like they're going to do it right. So don't worry so much about it.

Indeed.... their latest stuff has come more than a parsec than what they used to do.

The VA and BGM is actually as good as it could probably get for an American release..... sorta.

I remember what they did to third season tho. :(

I just saw "Cooler's Revenge" and I didn't like that score they used, there was someone singing nonstop during the ENTIRE movie, what's up with that? :confused:

Until they AT LEAST stop screwing up the score I'll be FUNimation's fiercest enemy :bosko:

Dragon Ball GT has such a beatiful score and oppening song, that it does not deserve to be changed for a horrible electric guitar noise that THEY love to put on DBZ.

Well, they've been keeping the original music for Dragonball, and I've been hearing good things about the dub, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
