It's not much of a Shock. If you can remember back to the VHS and Laserdisc days, EVERY Disney shorts compilation was a cheap, no-frills, for-kids thing (they weren't even that economical. Disney was releasing $15 tapes with 3-4 cartoons while Warner and MGM were releasing their cartoon VHS tapes with twice that amount for roughly the same price).
