Well, didn't he star in that comic?

But Batman's getting two, count 'em, two spotlight episodes: "Injustice for All" & "A Demon Story". The Flash (and GL) needs his time in the sun!
Besides, wasn't there a series of "Brave and the Bold" crossovers with different characters?

The Brave and the Bold was a book that started out teaming up characters. The JLA also first appeared in this book in issue 28 I believe. Later, it became a Batman spotlite book with Batman teaming up with another character which was for most of its run so yes it was considered a Batman book but as Mr. Obsession pointed out Batman is getting two spotlight episodes.
Plus if I recall correctly, there was a Brave and the Bold mini-series or one shot that featured the Flash and Green Lantern a couple of years ago. So really the show could have been a spotlite on Bamtan or the name of JL's first arc instead of "Secret Orgins" because of the history the JLA appearing Brave and the Bold or like it is going to be, a look at the Flash and Green Lantern. Hope that clears things up and not confuse you more.
