This won't end well.
You've tapped into a debate that has embattled fans for decades and will do so for longer.
We're happy you feel this way on this issue, but now what? You've included no seeds for debate in your post, no question posed to any potential readers, nothing of any value, just a blind statement that Batman is capable of defeating foes of cosmic power levels (which may or may not be the case, but that's another issue entirely).
I recommend you rethink your approach and put more substance in your post next time.

Last time I saw Batman fight Darkseid was in an issue of Batman/Superman. He needed a motherbox's armor to hold his own and even then, got beat down pretty badly if I recall correctly. I'll have to dig that issue out. He was clever to set up a situation to make Darkseid back down for the sake of his planet, but it's not the same as beating Darkseid up.
I hate the whole 'Batman can beat anyone with enough preparation' arguement. Anyone in the DC universe can best another 'with enough preparation'. This is why the animated JL/JLU Batman is my favorite version of the Dark Knight. He's still the man but he's human and makes mistakes like anyone else.
The constant hero worship drives me nuts. I'd seriously pay fifty bucks for an eight page comic if it involved Superman, Green Arrow, Nightwing or just about anyone beating up Batman for any reason.

A friend of mine once mentioned that he thought Batman was a meta. That his stamina/intelligence/cunning is all so high to a point of being "super". Now, I know a lot of people would freak over that. Saying Batman is a man trained to the peak. But, his point is that no man can train and know so much and retain everything.

Batman has beaten Superman, but Superman has also beaten Batman.
Batman has beaten Wonder Woman. But Wonder Woman has also beaten Batman. At least twice!
Batman has beaten Flash, but Flash has also beaten Batman (the Justice League episode "A Better World" is a good example).
I can go on, but you get the hint.
Everyone that has replied to this thread is right. This kind of debate/argument is pointless, and almost never ends well. All it proves is that you're a die-hard fan of Batman (whether you realize it or not).
As far as you're concerned, KKobra, Batman can defeat them all. If you want to know if those particular battles have been covered in print, you can try contacting DC Comics (http://www.dccomics.com/about/?action=contact).

Guys, KKobra is asking whether Batman has ever managed to best people like Darkseid, Lobo, and other characters that would seem to be well out of his weight class. It seems to me that this is a request for fact (or at least story recaps), not opinion. This is not a thread about whether it's plausible or whether this can/can't happen, so I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about it as though it is.
For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure Batman took on Darkseid (or at least someone from Apokalips) in the JLA story arc "Rock of Ages" and got his butt handed to him on a platter. The characters who eventually did defeat Darkseid were about the last ones you'd expect, but it was still a pretty cool scene.

Batman has never really beaten a superman who was going all out. When he came close to going all out he beat the crap out of batman.

I know Batman has fought Darkseid but I'm not sure about Lobo. No one, (NOT EVEN WOLVERINE FANBOY!) can really beat Lobo because Lobo has been kicked out of both heaven and hell and can't die. But Lobo has been defeated temporarily by people way below his weight class, like Hitman, so I'm sure if Tommy Monaghan could do it Batman could.
Batman has stopped and contained Solomon Grundy before, who is very tough, strong and unkillable. He also routinely used to defeat Blockbuster, I think.
Not sure about Doomsday, either. I think he might have met him in the cartoons, but those don't count. The cartoon Batman is very different from the ones in the comics. We shouldn't use cartoon examples in comic threads.

What the above-posted (and hiliarious) one-panel comic (and others above) said re: the tired "Batman can beat anyone with enough time to prepare" line---my retired grandmother could beat Superman/God/Darkseid with "enough time to prepare"... :-p
Besides, judging from that Batman can barely keep in check the Joker in his current "crazy killin' clown" incarnation (let alone not even stop him long enough from killing enough people to replace the population of Minneapolis per each Arkham escape these days)... [/cue more grumbling about Brainatra's dislike of the way the Joker's written these days]

The one person Batman has admitted he can't beat is Lady Shiva.

The one person Batman has admitted he can't beat is Lady Shiva.
Despite this, Batman has beaten Lady Shiva twice (once with Robin's help and once when she was maybe mind controlled). Batgirl (Cassandra) has beaten her.

That comic was so appropriate!;) :D
Batman has a lot of advantages on his side--he's at the pinnacle of human athleticism, he has genius level intellect, and he's got one snazzy utility belt--but many people think that Batman can beat anybody simply because, well, he's Batman. Sometimes fans (and even the DC writers  and *cough*BruceTimm*cough*) forget that the guy is human, not a god.
It's funny because one writer (the name escapes me at the moment) disliked how Batman was seemingly omnipotent and thus wrote Batman admitting Superman's utter superiority, "If Superman wasn't so moral, I really wouldn't be here right now, would I? His humility and morality are the only things that stayed his fist and literally saved my life a dozen times over."
Um, that might not be an exact quote, but that's the base of what was said, I think.

Before asking the question of Batman beating [insert opponent here], people should distinguish the difference between Batman beating someone physically or Batman outsmarting his opponent.
I'm realistic. Batman could die crossing the street, getting hit by a bus. Batman could die falling off a ten foot ladder, falling on his head. Heck, he could simply catch the flu and die. Pound-for-pound, Batman has a higher chance of being killed by someone with superhuman strength. In the end, what sets Batman apart from normal people is his intellect. Further more.... his instinct (which is a natural ability that can rarely be learned). His intellect increases his chances for survival. Not to mention being a billionaire is also advantageous, but that's an entirely new thread in itself.
If Batman's intellect as at the peak of human performance and is truly a genius, he doesn't get into a fight he knows he can't win. He'll either employ the use of someone's aid at a key moment, neutralize the situation by strategically leveraging and or exploiting his opponents' weaknesses, or escape the situation entirely. I was always under the impression that if you had a weakness, Batman would exploit it.

Batman is a Ninja. Ninja's>everyone.
Ninja's can beat Robots. Robot Ninja's can beat normal Ninja's...BUT, Batman can beat a Robot Ninja. Why? Batman would either stick a bomb on the Robot Ninja, or build Robo-Ninja Armor which he could use to beat the Robot Ninja. Batman is simply the worlds finest, period.
But, not my favorite character.

What are you talking about KKobra asked a question?
So can Batman defeat enimes like Lobo,Darkseid,Dommsday etc?

Agh. Chatspeak has gone too far.
I think KKobra probably meant "Can Batman beat anyone?", as in "Is Batman capable of this?", where he made it sound like a statement ("Batman can beat anyone").
Then there's things like
What are you talking about KKobra asked a question.
So can Batman defeat enimes like Lobo,Darkseid,Dommsday etc.
Not to be rude, but let's break this down.
"What are you talking about KKobra asked a question."
A question and a sentence mashed together into one... thing. Needs a question mark.
"So can Batman defeat enimes like Lobo,Darkseid,Dommsday etc."
There's that lack of a question mark again. When you ask a question, it really helps to actually phrase it as a question, rather than just ending with a period, which is just confusing.
Grammar. It's there for a reason.
Now, regarding the topic: Batman can beat Superman because he knows him closely, and can therefore exploit any of his psychological weak points, as well as having that Kryptonite weakness to fall back on. With the likes of Lobo and Doomsday, he has no such advantages, and his chances are therefore far worse. If anything, it would at least require far, far more planning, strategy, and most of all research.
Oh, and Darkseid? Bah. Another board I go to has nicknamed him "Jobberseid" for that very defeat.

The Who can Batman beat question is loaded. The bottom line is if you don't like Batman then anyone in the world can kill him. And you usually set it up that way. Its insanely rare to see someone who isn't fond of Batman but can say, "Well because Batman has a mind like a freaking computer he can probably beat nearly anyone, with or without preptime." (Generally the people who do like Batman want him to be "more human" so there's really no point in writing the argument the other way.)
Sometimes I wish people would just read the comics and avoid the "What ifs". You wanna do a what if? Become a comic writer and make your own glorified fanfiction. Its possible. Look at Avengers: Disassembled and Civil War. :D

There are ways to defeat people without beating them down physically and thats what Batman has done in a lot of cases.
