I have problem with that first avatar you sent me, the animated one from THE DAFFY DOC with Porky and Daffy's heads inflating. It says that it's too big when I try to send it in it as my avatar in the edit profile.

Well the size limit for avatars is 10240 bytes. The avatar Jon made for you is 10337 bytes. That should explain it.

D'oh! I thought I got it down to the right size. Tell you what, I'll remove a frame and see if that does the trick. Sorry!
