Toonami Should Review Smash Bros!

I love what they did with the FFX review... great music, moments and sweeping shots of the game.

Shows that the team that made the cool promos that we knew back in the day are still there! I know Toonami'll make a comeback.

Super Smash Bros. Melee already has all that in spades! Wonder when they'll get around to reviewing other cool games.

The Absolution doesn't have the ability to play GCN. All they have is a PS2. They got it when they were docked in after the Intruder (Sony shipped them one because their games got the free advertising), and since they can only recieve packages containing DVD cases, they can't recieve a Gamecube to play the games to review. Therefore, I have created Toonami's lame excuse for only reviewing PS2 games.

TOM even admitted it. He said "[Tony Hawk's Pro Skater] version 3 just hit the PS2." It had been out for Gamecube for a month before that time. I don't know if it was out for PS2 then, but it really sounds like they're PS2-exclusive reviews.

I don't have any game systems, all I get are PC games, I wish that WS would review those as well. That probably won't happen though.

Hell... Moya will be in the Absolution's sector next solar cycle. I'll be sure to drop them off a GameCube when we fly by....

I think the reviews are done a bit in advance so I'm guessing that GCN review(s) will be coming sooner or later. There are a lot more PS/PS2's out there than GCN's (at least right now - you never know what will happen in the future), so doing PS2 game reviews means you're serving more of your audience. Hell, I'd love to see Tom review an Atari Lynx game but that ain't gonna happen since the system's been 'dead' for years (even if I still enjoy using it every now & then)

Pretty creative, and the scary part is that it all makes sense... kind of anyway.
