Seeing the Paradise Lost episodes of Justice League
has focused my attention on Wonder Woman.
Whats the deal with the lasso on the show.
They never show it hanging on her belt , or anywhere on
her person.
It doesnt appear to have any powers as of yet.
(Or atleast she hasnt utilized any of the abilities weve come
to expect of the lasso.)

She has secret hiding places.
(Note to those who want to follow this up with the obvious crude remarks: No. :) )

I've seen it hanging on her belt, but after she uses it it magically appears there again without putting it back. :) And I think in JL it's just a super-strong/unbreakable lasso, without the magical "truth" powers it has in the comics. Also without the ability to stay until WW removes it (in the comics no one else can remove it, so the person is trapped until WW chooses otherwise). Guess it gave her too much of an edge in JL - fits with the whole powering down of the whole league.

Don't know, my guess... laziness to animate it in?? I have seen it hanging on her belt when she's ready to use it. I guess you could ask the same about She-Ra. Where the hell does she pull that sword from when she reaches behind her? He-Man's got an actual scabbard, she doesn't. :p

Acctually she shouldn't be able to fly as in the comics I've got, she just jumps really long distances. Not flyes
Plus I think the whole "truth" aspect of the lasso is one of hte worst super powers/super weapons ever invented. Well that's my opinion as a Collector and Comic Book geek.

Yet in the JL animated comic, it does have the truth ability as seen in the first issue.
