Alternate The Batman Theme Songs

Some people dislike the themes for The Batman, being a big U2 fan I loved the Edge's one. The new song just clashes with the darker third and fourth seasons but I have grown used to it. I can just skip it when I watch the show anyway.
Personally I think it would be a good idea if they changed it every two seasons. Keep it fresh and make it easier to know what season you are watching.
Any ideas for a song?

i def. like the first one the best-the black and white with flashes of color are really nice for effect too. they both sound alot like the techno batman beyond theme...just elminate the batwave images(which i've hated since day one.) and they would be great.

another great thing about cartoon network is they're 'anti-credit squashing' so we not only get to hear the original theme, but we get it's refrain at the end of each ep. in full too....a throwback to those crazy backwards times when shows were given higher regards than advertising.

Well, my guess is that most folks would say they prefer the newer theme, with its nod to the '60s show theme music. I think you could argue, though, that the original The Batman theme might feel a bit more appropriate for Batman.

Truth is, though, I just can't get too worked up one way or the other. I can appreciate certain characteristics of each of the themes -- the minimalist approach of the original, the nod to history in the second; but honestly neither really has anything that especially either inspires OR offends me. I love the show; but the themes are just kind of "... eh."


i def. like the first one the best-the black and white with flashes of color are really nice for effect too.I agree re: the opening animation --- the pencil drawings moving to the full color adds a bit of a classic feel to the original opening sequence, which I do prefer over the current one.

The first song is good has it's dark undertones.
The second song makes me want to jump up and dance like The Batman.. :anime:
