Bleach Dub Dialogue Question and voices

I've only seen the ctn dub and subbed from japan. How is the uncut dvd dub dialogue. Does it translate from jap dialogue as close as it can be? I was just curious. And what do you think of the dub VA's so far. I know Viz is doing it, who's doing voices, is it the ocean group or viz, who?

Also how are the dvd's. when vol 3 comes out, im thinking of buying 1-3 cause it's my favorite show currently.

I'm only familiar with the dub(I don't enjoy watching anime subtitled as much)...I do know that the DVD dub is the same as the TV dub so far....
It's done by Studiopolis(which also does the Naruto dub),not the Ocean Group....here are the VAs that I know(I don't know all of them,only the ones I've heard before in other anime)
