Has anyone heard of this anime? Wei B' Kruez? I've also seen it spelt as "Weis Kruez" "Weiss Kruez" "Weib Kruez" "white kross", and I think the American dub is known as "Wei B' Kruez: Knight Hunters"??

It looks really cool. I first started 'research' on them, when I saw a really cool wallscroll, with the main characters surrounding a cross. Its really cool looking... :D

Err. . . hum. . . oy.

Weib Kreuz is about four guys who run a flower shop by day and are assassins by night. Not a bad premise in the least, but the actual show is pretty terrible. The animation is atrocious despite all the nice designs and the writing is so awful it's funny. The characters themselves are decent, and have a huge following among the yaoi fangirls, though none of them are gay.

I liked the villains. Psychopaths are fun.

I an never find anywhere to buy that stuff. People treat you like you're insane. I don't care if the show is bad, I like psycho's and psychics and they are all good looking and yes, we yaoi fans love to make them gay big deal. I'm tired of people saying this and that to you like you don't get it. But I say things back so...

Well, I personally enjoyed Weiss Kreuz quite a bit, regardless of it's faults. The characters were well-writen and worked well with one another, and you really got a feel for them as people (ie. thier motivation, ways in which they interact with one another). While the dub was sub-par, I didn't think the writing was BAD perse, just mediocre (though that is usually the case with the majority of anime, besides the %15 or so that is the exception).

I found that not resorting to crude humor or generic fight scenes, and focusing on the main characters was something I really enjoyed, and find most anime lacking in that department (though that seems to have improved a bit as of late). While I personally enjoy Saiyuki moreso when it comes to bishonen series, Weiss is definitely something worth checking out for the price (the budget box set can be picked up for about 25-30 dollars).

From what I've heard, the best thing about the show are the dub outtakes.

I've seen it, it wasn't very good, but not too bad either. (the dub out-takes were so funny!).

The manga (what little of it there was) was better IMO, I got sick of the anime pretty fast. My friend was obsessed with it back when we first saw it.

It's a puff piece for the VAs in Japan who made it. The animation gets better as it goes, or so I'm told, but it does open with what should be the inafmous "Crayon fire of DOOM!". Not my cup of tea, and the fangirls both annoy and scare me, it may be for you. *shrugs*

And yes, that's supposed to be an exploded motorcycle.

I watched the first episode once out of curiosity. That was one time too many.

Hell if it weren't for whacko's I'd say send me your huddles mass. (Blinks) wait... we're you calling me a girl?

Anyhow, I hate when the art is great then they change artist and they're the most skeletol things walking. Or like with YuYu most of all they suddenly become fat little bubble people. I liked some of the outtakes from Rurouni Kenshin. Now that was funny.
