Big news for Nintendo's third party relationship with Rockstar.

Yay, Wii gets its first tasteless game!

Nintendo + Rockstar = more gooder, but the first Manhunt was awful. The only notable thing about it was it was the first time I heard the F word in a video game. Then San Andreas picked up that ball and ran with it. :D

I can't wait to move my wii-mote in a way that looks like I'm sticking a shiv into a person's eyes.

Will the PSP and PS2 versions be called "Manhunt:Carcer City Stories"?:D

I thought Manhunt sucked, but I guess it sold well enough to warrant a sequel... It was glitchy, bland, and not really that impressive overall.

I'll laugh if you have to perform a strangle motion with the wiimote to choke someone. Parent groups should probably start writing their lawsuit papers now.

I'm going to jump on the Manhunt hate bandwagon, too. It was one of the most horrible stealth games I've played. Way too unforgiving to be fun. The excessive violence is its only dubious selling point.

I don't know if this is a good thing for the Wii, actually. Not just the violence that will cause problems with the soccer moms, but also the fact that it's a port of PS2 game. Is this evidence the Wii is, technically, a last generation system and will not get ports of big multiplatform PS3 and Xbox games?

.......................HA! As I thought, The Wii's gimmick won't last long, you all can wait until it lasts which obviously won't be long  Sooner or later, the PS3's price will get a major drop and It's true potential will trulybe shown :robin:

If the PS3 price was any lower, Sony would be losing money anytime they'd make one, I'm pretty sure. I wouldn't count on the price going down anytime soon.

Well, that's really all Sony fans can hope for, I guess.

Measures are already in place to lower the price of producing the PS3 sooner than later. I don't think this will lead to an immediate price drop (Sony will concentrate on making a profit first obviously), but if the PS3 begins to fall too far behind the 360 or Wii, it isn't illogical to think Sony will pull out all the stops to secure its market share.

I actually liked the first Manhunt. It was a gritty and unique take on the stealth genre which didn't feature you simply sneaking around military instalations like every other stealth game. Plus, using the SOCOM headset put you in the game rather effectively. Don't know if it really needs a sequel though.

Why the hell are PS2 titles still being made?

Why the hell are PS2 titles still being made?

1)Because the games in the PS3 are hard to developed than those on PS2.

2)Not everyone has a PS3( I blame Sony for that) while everyone and their grandmothers has a PS2.

In other words is still easier to make more money on the PS2 than PS3.

Because it's still the #1 selling system in this country.
