Cartoon Network's Cartoon Theatre will be presenting the world broadcast premiere of "Balto II: Wolf Quest," the 2001 direct-to-video sequel to Universal's 1995 "Balto," tonight, February 16 at 7:00 PM. The story follows Balto and his daughter Aleu, who embark on a journey of adventure and self discovery. The film features the voice talents of David Carradine, Lacey Chabert, Mark Hamill, Maurice LaMarche and Peter MacNicol.
