A little gift art for a friend...

I kinda drew this for part of a Valentine's Day gift for a friend of mine. Made her a superheroine. Anyway, I did a little photomanip with the background, painting over it Rockwell style. I dunno, I kinda like how it turned out, so I thought I'd show it off. I don't get to draw bright and cheerful very often.
