Naked Brothers Band...Creepy?

I know it's a little off topic since it's not animated but considering Nick airs commercials for it constantly on all it's stations and they even have Parker and Josh from Mr. Meaty plugging the show I figure it's worth mentioning.

Odd title aside...does anyone else get a creepy vibe from this show. How old are these children, running around shirtless covered in temporary tattoos, shmoozing with attractive adult women, and singing songs about farts? It bugs me to no end, and I have no idea what Nick is going for with this show, despite being assaulted by commercials for it for the past three months. I know I'm not Nick's target audience (though I watch an obscene amount of Neutron, the Fairly Oddparents and the Sponge) but I'm just flabbergasted.

Well, Comedy Central already has the Naked Trucker. Anyhow, I saw the video for "Crazy Car" and after 20 seconds (when my ears began to bleed) I switched it off.
So a song about farts? Well, I wouldn't put it past Nick.

Anyone with Adelphia (now Comcast) or Comcast digital cable, you can see 10 minutes of the show in the Nick department in the "Kids and Teens on Demand" section. I actually watched it.

I went into a SPIRALING DEPRESSION.

To say the least. It's bad. No, actually, it's horrible. But I'll watch the whole movie when it airs anyways.

Not expecting much more from the show. Not to mention how I see an ad for this on pretty much every commercial break on EVERY Nick channel.

Now, I don't mean to go bashing the show, considering it hasn't aired an entire episode yet. And if it won at a film festival, it must have some entertainment value. But I'm not looking forward to it. But then again, that's just me...

I think it looks lame. Lame, lame, lame....but then again, ALL of the crappy child bands are lame. None of them can sing to save their lives, none of them can act to save their lives, and they're annoying beyond belief!

This is just as bad.

This kids looks dumb running around with no shirts on and sporting fake tatts, and I agree it's creepy too....because they've managed to snag a fanbase.:eek::confused:

Well I watched it because how bored I was man it made me want to punch one of the actors:D it was terrible. Really just TERRIBLE TERRIBLE HORRIBLE. Probaly the worst thing Nick has shown since.. last year in 2006:sweat:. Really who lets little kids make a band anyway I mean there band leader is nine. AND HOW THE FUDGE DO THEY HAVE LIKE BILLIONS OF FANS really it most be the world of terrible music being the biggest hit ever.

I actually thought the show was kinda funny. Certainly funnier than any other live-action show Nick has airing now, which is to say, none of them are. Even so, it's not a show I'd make a point to watch. Hell, it's probably not even a show I'd stop to watch while flipping through the channels.

Every time I watched Nick I see some Naked Brothers Band commercials. I mute the TV because the show and the singing looks so bad.
