A first printing of Miracleman #15 is probably the most valueable comic book I have.
To be honest, tho, I really don't pay much attention to the value of comic books. I store them safely and keep them in mint condition, but I don't read up on the annual price guides. But there are some titles in my collection I wouldn't want to part with. Many are first printings, and while some of them are not valueable because trade paper backs of the seires have driven the value down, they still mean something to my collection.
Among the first printing runs I have:
Crisis on Infinite Earths
Dark Knight Returns
Watchmen
Miracleman
Those are off the top of my head. I have other comics, some older, that I am delighted to say I own, but I would have to comb thru my collection to find them all.

Nothing too spectacular, but here ya go:
Batgirl #1 (first release/wave)
Batgirl #2 (ditto)
Batman: Mad Love
And here's what I'll never get rid of:
-Batman Adventures #1-14, 19-21, 25-28, 31, 35, 36, Annual #1, Holiday Special (missing those not mentioned)
-Batman & Robin Adventures #1, 2, 4, 7-14, 19, 20, 24, 25, Annual #1 and #2 (again, those not mentioned, don't got 'em)
-Batman: Gotham Adventures #1- 46 and more to come...
-Batman Beyond mini-series #1-6, 1-24, ROTJ adapt.
-Superman Adventures #1, 3-66, Annual #1
-Justice League #1-?
-Adventures in the DCU #1-19, Annual #1
-Batgirl #1-24, those ahead as well
-Harley Quinn # 1-16, ditto
-Robin #89-98 (still gotta go back and get some older issues)
-Catwoman #1-4 (mainly for Cooke's art)
....and BTW, :D if you have doubles or undesired copies of any of the animated Batman books I'm missing, I'd be intrested in buying them from you. Let me know, especially on the Batman Adventures stuff...

Well, I recently got a cpy of each issue of the original Wolverine Limited Series.(paid about half the list price per issue. all near mint or Very Fine quality.)
Aside from those four issues, and my Insane Clown Posee Comic Book's I don't have many comic's that I have for collection value purposes(Unless I get around to having my Grandparent's ship me my pre-move comic book collection.) Among those are the complete Sabretoothe miniseries, the Issue of X-men when Jean and Scott got Married, the issue of SPider-Man when Gwen Stacy was killed(In pretty bad condition though if memory serves.) and quite a few other's(I'm relatively sure I have the issue when Logan lost the Adamntium. As well as the first twelve issues of the X-men Toon based COmic and SPider-Man Toon Based comic.)
As far as comic related merchandise goes, I have a Govt. Agent Wolverine Figure, a Collosus Figure, and the complete "From then till now II" Card Set.(1992 Wolverine series.) Still gotta find the '95(I think) Fleer X_men Card's. those were some great trading card's.

I don't even know what comics I own. How bad is that? :) I know I have some really old Batman's, but I'm not sure how old.
I do know I have:
Powers #1 signed by Bendis
Sam & Twitch #1 signed by Bendis & Angel Medina
Superman Adventures #38 (maybe 39? the one w/ Supergirl's Argo-mom) signed by Sarah Dwyer
Nightwing #2 signed by Scott McDaniel
And, probably one of my most prized comics
A Batman Adventures comic that was offered as a mail in to have your name and hometown put into the comic, so that you were the narrator. I just got it for Christmas. It was owned by my late uncle, who got me into comics in the first place and was a true inspiration.
I also have every color cover of The Killing Joke, multiple copies of the single issues for TDKR, and a lot of old Batman trades/one shots.

When I started buying comics as a young adult in 1983-84, I was buying every back issue of Batman and Detective that I could find. I would buy old issues for 50-60 cents each, and this extends back to Batman #200, #203, and others from the late 60s. Well, now my Batman titles alone have several issues that book at over $100, but I will never, ever sell them.
Although I have lots of comics, about 25 long boxes or more, I also collect statues, action figures, and original comic book art.
You can go to this page to see a sample of what I had unpacked just over a year and a half ago, when I moved into my house. There's a lot more now, though:

25 long boxes!!! Considering that the average long box holds 300 comics, that is 7500 comic books, roughly!!! WOW.

That's nothing. In my divorce, my ex-wife got 17 boxes and I got 10. Fortunately she took mostly Marvel books, sparing my favorites, Superman and Batman. I've had to rebuild my collection. If I had all those now, it would be 42 boxes.
Even more fortunately, I got divorced in a depressed market (making back issues cheaper) and was given a large collection by a friend whose wife wanted his comics out of their garage.
But then again, considering that I'm 37 and have been buying comics regularly since 1983, it's not so many.

This pains me. :(
I will now write up a pre-nuptual agreement saying that all the comics, toys, etc, are, and will always be, mine. Because I couldn't bear to lose any of it.
