What the? The cute little green guys that Superman and the para-demons were conquering in the beginning of Legacy part one, were speaking Spanish! Well, they were speaking some alien tongue but the translation was in Spanish. Uh...Me no speako el Spanisho. Can anyone tell me what they were saying and/or why the Spanish was used?

Yeah, I saw that too and thought I had stumbled on the Spanish CN or something. Weren't the subtitles in English before?

Cool. It will feel like I'm giving you homework or something. I post it up tonight if no one beats me to it.

Same thing happened to me. Thought I was going nuts.
I hadn't seen it before, and I was afraid half the ep was gonna be subtitles and I've have no idea what was going on.

Here's everything they say Slayer. Muchas Gracias!
Sigan disparando.
Han suspendido el ataque.
!Cuidado!
(I'm guessing that last one means "Look out!", as the roof was caving in at the time.)

Alrighty then....
Sigan disparando.
"They follow shooting."
Han suspendido el ataque.
"They have suspended the attack."
!Cuidado!
"Look out!/Take care!"
That was it.
Hope I satisfied your curiosity.

That's pretty much what babblefish gave me.

It was actually closer to this:
"Sigan disparando." = "Keep firing."
"Han suspendido el ataque." = "They have ceased the attack."
"Cuidado!" = "Watch out!"

Well done, The Dark Knight! Now does anyone know WHY the subtitles were in Spanish?

I imagine someone at the control room was asleep at the wheel and put in the wrong version.

I missed the showing on CN, so I checked up on my recorded one. I dunno why they had it in Spanish this go around, but when it played on WB, the subtitles were in English. Here are the exact words:
"Keep Firing!"
"They've broken off the attack!"
"Look Out!"

CN must have some bad translators. The first one is in the third person tense, not the imperative that they use in the English version. I would have used the verb for 'continue' rather than 'follow' for it, too.
