Alright, this has been bothering me for a long time. One of the shorts from Spike and Mike's festival is one with a bird and a cat in a tree, and the bird repeatedly moons the cat while it's not looking. I can't find the name of the short, nor the name of the song that goes with it.

I know the short and song you're talking about from Cartoon Sushi. Sadly, I have no clue what the song is called.

I have no clue about the song but the cartoon sounds like the animated short "The Dirdy Birdy" which was made by John R. Dilworth the creator of Courage the Cowardly Dog.
