This is what aired on LNB&W
"Chicken Jitters" (Porky Pig/1939/WB)
"Shuffle Off to Buffalo" (Merrie Melodies/1933/WB)
"The Organ Grinder" (Merrie Melodies/1933/WB)
"Vim, Vigor, And Vitaliky" (Popeye/1936/Fleischer)
"Jitterbug Follies" (Count Screwloose/1939/MGM)
"Hobo Hounds" - WHAT THE HECK? TWO STUPID DOGS AGAIN?
OK, I'll admit it was pretty nice seeing "Shuffle Off to Buffalo" and "Jitterbug Follies" again, and we even saw a Porky cartoon that doesn't usually air, BUT WHY DID THEY AIR THAT DUMB TWO STUPID DOGS SHORT AGAIN?! THIS SHOW IS FOR CLASSIC CARTOONS ONLY!

Yup. This "Two Stupid Dogs" short was colored in black and white (actually kind of a blueish color). It aired before, a long time ago.

I don't think "Chicken Jitters" is politically offensive. Why wouldn't it air regularly?

"Chicken Jitters" est diffusé seulement en noir et blanc à Cartoon Network. :)

"Chicken Jitters" doesn't air regularly, probably because of the weasel carrying a huge gun and shooting at Porky.

It's weird that CN will cut out the Jewish knight from "The Queen Was in the Parlor", but will leave "Shuffle Off to Buffalo" uncut  .
BTW, did anybody notice that in "The Organ Grinder", the monkey pulls a cat's tail and makes it scream in time with the music just like Mickey Mouse did in "Steamboat Willie".

Out of curiosity, can anyone translate the Jewish writing & dialogue from Shuffle Off To Buffalo?

Damn!
Being a Jew with some crude cultural upbringing :-) yeah— I *can* translate that (actually Yiddish) writing and dialogue. It's not faked... it's the real thing. Let me go home and try to do it again, with my copy of the cartoon. Then I'll report back here.
Years ago I met Rudy Ising and we talked about the Jewish characters in these two cartoons. He was pleased to hear I'd enjoyed them, as they were supposed to be Jewish in-jokes of some kind (there were a few Jews on the staff, I think).
