Who is your favorite DBZ half saiyan?

Trunks's attitude bugs me, and Gohan changes too much. He has no character, he goes from whiny brat, to hard core young fighter, so goofy teenager...

Goten is Cute, and reminds me of Goku for some reason...hrm...

I have the same reasons as naraht, Goten is so cute, and he doesn't become a nerdy weakling like Gohan. He is always nice, unlike stingy little Trunks, and reminds me of the young Goku in Dragonball.

Trunks is my second favorite because he reminds me of Vegeta for some odd reason..... Gohan's just down right weird, that's why I don't like him.

I voted for Trunks. Since nobody mentioned "which" Trunks, I voted for Mirai (future) Trunks because of his cool attitude,... and his sword.

Side Comment:
I never see DBZ characters with weapons anymore so I kinda get excited when I see one because it makes for interesting battles. Remember when Mirai Trunks sliced Cyborg Freeza in half with his sword, that was a cool scene. I especially like swords. The following people are cool because they have swords:

I voted for Gohan, he's an extremely strong fighter and became the great saiyaman, i loved the saiyman episodes the best, and for some odd reason, gohan is just my favorite character.

This was a hard one. Personally, I liked Future Trunks over Chibi Trunks, so I didn't vote Trunks. I liked how we've seen Gohan grow from basically a baby into a man, so I voted Gohan.

I think it's depressing how Gohan became weaker, not stronger, than he was when he beat Cell. Just shows how he never reached his potential. And he would've become the first Sper Saiyan 3 and maybe even Super Saiyan 4 if he had trained hard like Vegeta. His unique human-saiyan combo of characteristics made him more powerful than either a human or a saiyan, and it was easier for him to advance through the levels of the Super Saiyan Stages... but oh well, he became a studious person.

Because the future one is really cool, and he would have gotten my vote, except that when I read "Trunks" I thought of the rotten little kid who has an attitude that's too big for his age. I voted Goten because he is just so cute. Goten is a care free person sort of like me. Anyways that was avery difficult question. I mean i like all of them in a way. well I absolutly love Miari Trunks but Chibi trunks is a stuck up brat, some times. Gohan is just too wishy-washy. first he's winy, then he's the strongest man in the universe, then a weird teenager that is letting a 7 year old sneak up on him. Well, anyways Goten Rocks!!!

Technically speaking Bra/Bulla should be on the list since she's the daughter of Vegeta & Bulma. I voted for Trunks thanks to Future Trunks. Othwise my vote would have gone to Goten.

Where was this stated anywhere? I think the general rule for Super Sayian 4 is that you must be able to attain at least Super Sayian level and be powered by the moon (or a moon-like device as seen with Bulma's tank that gave Vegeta power) and turn into an Oozaru and then transform on your own through willpower to turn into a Super Sayian 4. The rules do seem kind of fuzy on it but I don't think there was any thing saying that Half sayians couldn't. The only reasons that Goten or Turnks or Gohan didn't was due to Goku being pushed into the limelight and Vegeta being second most liked fanwise at the time and giving the producers a reason to reuse Gogeta.

As for favorite Half Sayian, defintley Son Gohan. He was the main reason I even got into Dragonball Z in the first place and hearing about him defeating Cell was the reason I kept watching the show. And I have to agree how much it sucked how he was written out of being the hero (apparently the fans didn't like that idea at the time which is why that changed) and getting depowered in the Buu saga. That's why Andriod/Cell Saga Son Gohan is my favorite, and makes me wish they had kept that Gohan for the rest of the series.

I voted for Trunks, although there should really be a designation between Chibi and Mirai no Trunks. I specifically voted for Future Trunks; he was badass up until he started getting whomped on by the Androids. Chibi Trunks just annoyed me. Gohan was OK, but I've never really been in his power (though my younger brother's a big fan of Gohan). And Goten is cute, but he never develops into anything significant, so I question why Toriyama felt the need to add him at all.

Of course, my favorite Z-soldier of all is, was and shall always be Piccolo.

You forgot to add Gotenks. That cocky attitude of his makes him like a mini Vegito, who's my absoulte favorite DBZ character. Plus he comes up with attacks that are absurd yet effective.

I voted for Trunks, specifically Mari (future) Trunks. I didn't care for either of the other versions of the character. Chibi Trunks was just a spoiled brat, which I suppose is somewhat understandable, since he's Bulma's son, but Bulma was a genius, so I at least understood why she had some 'tude; she went over peoples' heads. However, if Chibi Trunks possessed any above average intelligence, we didn't really get to see it. And I didn't like DBGT Trunks at all! He was a complete lame-o. So definitely Future trunks for me.

Chibi Trunks is alright but he just never got the cool factor that his future counterpart had.

Second place has to go to Gohan for me. His Mystic stage was one of my favorite parts of the Buu saga. Too bad he got the shaft.

Gohan was awesome, he was the strongest fighter at one point, and he basically "discovered" SSJ2. His fight with Cell was one of the best of DBZ as well.

Son Gohan is the epitome of Saiyan power. Now that his fully strength is tapable without straining himself with the Super Saiyan forms Gohan could easily--in a protracted battle--overcome even his father.

I voted for Trunks, cause I have always found his character to be cool. Well, Mirai no Trunks (future Trunks) is the main reason why I voted for him, cause Chibi Trunks/GT Trunks just isn't as cool. I loved how he managed to kill Frieza and King Cold so easily.

I voted Gohan, even though I hated his character after Cell. Trunks is a mixed bag considering there were 2 Trunks in a sense(Future/Kid). Goten wasn't in the series and was in my least favorite part of DBZ

Gohan does not like figthing. He was always force into battle by his dad,pic or others. Thats just the way he is.

After sliceing up freeza into pieces.F trunks just became annoying goku cheerleader. I was just wishing someone would shut him up. Thanks vegeta.

I like Z Trunks. I also like how he gets along whit his dad.

Goten was just fun to watch.
