The latest news in the rumor mill is that 4Kids, winner of the Fox Kids Saturday Morning time slot, has plans to split the morning programming with DiC Entertainment. DiC was 4Kids leading competitor in the purchasing race.

Anyway, what could this mean? That Alienators might stay on for another season? More DiC anime-translated-badly? Or just the simply fact that a member of the Disney Family(DiC), has squirmed their way back into Fox Kids?

No, no, no guys. The FCC requires some FCC friendly programming. DIC may just provide a half hour to 4Kids.

Didn't Disney sell DiC back to it's original owner?

Yep, last year.

Yeah, it would be odd to expect 4Kids to fill the entire 4 hours with just their stuff.
BUT, what I was actually saying, was that 4Kids might actually split the contract with DiC, or something along those lines. Like a co-partnership?

Yep, last year.

And now they are independent.

Hopefully, Alienators will be picked up for another season. That's a good show.
