The Call was supposed to be aired as the last episode of that season, but Unmasked was aired later on CN. So the big question is, what do you consider to be the BB finale.

Personally, I choose The Call as it has more of an epic like feel and shows more of the Bruce/Terry relationship and it has the appearence of Superman and the JLU.

What are your thoughts?

P.S. I guess I'm a bit biased because I never saw Unmasked, but from what I've read, I think I still like the Call beter.

Yeah, RotJ, followed by the call for me. Unmasked didn't do BB justice.

I think ROTJ also, it leaves off with Terry looking over Gotham and then going off into the city continuing the crusade against crime, it also symbolzed the maturing of Terry as Batman, showing how he now was truly worthy of the title Batman, and that he was a worthy succesor to Bruce as Guardian of the city.

The Call would be a good choice. The 2nd part of that ep wasnt that great, but it had a great ending, with Superman telling Terry about how Bruce was never really a joiner and Terry walks away saying "I guess we have a lot in common." (something like that)

But I consider ROTJ as the end, because I think that was what finally, truly established that Terry was Batman. Not only that, it tied up a lot of loose ends like what happened to Tim & the Joker, how Bruce got his limp, Bruce's reuniting with Tim & Barbara, and so on.

Never saw ROTJ so I would say "The Call".

I would actually put RotJ right before the third season. Now, hear me out.

I think that by the time season 3 rolls around he has alot of experience. I mean, he'd have to to be invited into the JL. He also seemed to be much more confident over the course of the last season.

Hmm, I was going to say "The Call", but after reading all the posts supporting ROTJ, I'm not so sure.

At any rate, definitely not "Unmasked"!

I would say Return of the Joker is the true last episode of The New Adventures of Batman. The event that finally tore up the Bat-Crew from within feels like a final chapter in that paticular storyline. All and all the fans of Batman Beyond never got a fair shake from the suits, we were left hanging without a final episode to at least acknowledge its importance to its viewers. With Batman Beyond it was, said that the evnts were sort of like an Elseware Comic, a possible way that the events of B:TAS could have turned out. So many wasted oppertunites, I blame the WB for not letting them say goodbye after having an individual Batman show on in one form or another for over 8 years. We were wronged.
