-You need an extra e-mail address
-You need a Hong Kong street address so... just Google a hotel's address in Hong Kong ("Hong Kong hotel address")
-Make another USER on your Playstation 3 (http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?postid=319240396#)...THEN GO MAKE ANOTHER PLAYSTATION STORE ID (Another Master account)
-*Select "HONG KONG" instead of "UNITED STATES" when you register*"
This is for the HK store, which is strangely (or not strangely, not sure how prominent English is in HK) in English. The assumption is that it also works for the Japanese store but you'd have to memorize button presses unless you understand the moonspeak.
Either way they have more/different stuff than we do. All you do is make another account with a proper address for the store you want to get to. Downloads (http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?postid=319240396#) could be really slow but mine already are anyway.

this also appears to be within legal bounds, so I'm wondering how long until something is re-written. It's sounding too good to be true to last very long
