I agree they do look quite similar, but hes just putting on a face but I reckon he could of done a movie as the joker.

He was good as the psychotic serial killer in the TV movie The Face of Fear, based on the Dean Koontz novel. He tries to drown a woman in a fish tank and shoots a number of people point blank with a silenced Uzi! He plays a villain very well. :D I also found the "evil laugh" he did once in B:TAS pretty creepy.
