What voiceovers have been typecast?
Eddie Deezen - He often voices a nerd.
Cree Summer - She often voices a preteen or teenage African-American girl.

As much as I love her work, Candi Milo has done a Mexican character at least thrice, maybe more.

Patrick Warburton usually voices a lot of big guys who yell a lot.
Pamela Segal Adlon and Nancy Cartwright voice a lot of little boys.

I would hardly think of her as typecast. She's played plenty of characters who weren't African-American: Penny Gadget, Hyena in Gargoyles, She-Hulk, Princess Kitana in Mortal Kombat, Elmyra in Tiny Toons Adventures, Ember in W.I.T.C.H., and Princess Kida in Disney's Atlantis (dark-skinned, but not black). She's also played, animals, an Ewok, and a green M&M in several commercials. I don't have the stats, but I suspect she's played more non-black voice roles than any other black actress of my knowledge (actually, she's bi-racial, but her features and complexion more accurately reflect her African-American side.)
For real typecasting, I'd nominate Janet Waldo, who was playing teenaged girls into her sixties. And I don't know if he's typecast, but Scott McNeil sure gets to play a lot of cool tough guys (Piccolo in DBZ, Koga in Inu Yasha, Wolverine in X-Men: Evolution to name a few).

Kari Wahlgren tends to play a lot of crazed, off the wall females.

Frank Welker seems to be mostly cast as animals these days.
Rob Paulsen often plays a lot of sarcastic, quick-mouthed characters.
Charlie Adler usually plays just plain whacked-out characters. Same with Tom Kenny.

Which is why I like Carl from Jimmy Neutron so much. He's absolutely nothing like that.

Not always. Elmyra from "Tiny Toon Adventures" was white. And what about Foxxy Love from "Drawn Together". Yeah, Foxxy's black, but she has to be in her 20's or 30's.
Charlie Adler usually plays just plain whacked-out characters.
True, for characters like Buster Bunny, Chicken from Cow and Chicken (and Cow, incidentally) and Ickis from "Ahh! Real Monsters", but what about his characters Mr. Bighead and The Red Guy from Cow and Chicken. Weren't they the antagonists who were wacky, but not very. Doesn't Adler voice women sometimes?
Anyway, Jess Harnell voices wackier characters than Adler ever did (and he almost always uses that Ringo Starr voice).
Same with Tom Kenny
I agree, but only because of SpongeBob SquarePants.
Pamela Segal Adlon and Nancy Cartwright voice a lot of little boys.
What about Kath Soucie?
Kari Wahlgren tends to play a lot of crazed, off the wall females.
Tress MacNeille does too sometimes (Babs Bunny, that teenybopper from Histeria! who always asks for autographs from famous figures), but Tress MacNeille is usually typecast as a mean or crazy old woman--i.e. Mrs. Peenman from the cartoon version of The Mask, the Grandma from "Hey Arnold!", some elderly women from "The Simpsons", etc.
Frank Welker seems to be mostly cast as animals these days.
Welker's been doing animal voices for years. I know he does human voices sometimes, but I hardly recognize them.
Rob Paulsen often plays a lot of sarcastic, quick-mouthed characters.
Or boys who are nerdy or socially inept (P.J. from Goof Troop, that fat kid from Jimmy Neutron)
Anyway, my picks for typecast voice actors:
Gail Matthius--always plays a Valley Girl, which isn't much of a stretch since she did do a recurring character on SNL who was a Valley Girl (Gail Matthius was a castmember on Saturday Night Live in the 1980-1981 season, which is considered one of SNL's worst seasons. And FYI, this season also had Gilbert Gottfried [before he was typecast into voicing loud, obnoxious characters in kids' cartoons] and Charles Rocket [the castmember who killed himself last October, and did do voicework on that movie "Titan A.E."]). And if Matthius isn't playing a Valley Girl, she's usually playing a Midwestern mom akin to how Bobby's mom from Bobby's World sounds.
April Winchell -- usually playing middle-aged women (Pepper Ann's mom and Miss Finster from Recess)
Tress MacNeille -- old women, boys, teenage girls (usually with Valley Girl accents), and teenage boys (Dolph from The Simpsons, especially)
Billy West -- characters often seen as idiots or losers

Which he's good at, just by hearing Joe in Family Guy....."YES!, LOCK AND LOAD!, LOCK AND LOAD!, BRING ON THE PAIN!!!"

True, but she's pretty much the go-to girl for black females. In fact, instead of asking which characters she's played that weren't black females, the better question would be what black female characters AREN'T voiced by Cree Summer? I'm sure there's some, but I honestly can't think of one off the top of my head.

Libby from Jimmy Nuetron isn't...
Yeah, Crystal Scales and Miss Kittie seem to be the two new go to girls for black females in cartoons as of late. Crystal is Libby and Tamika on Class of 3000, and Miss Kittie is Taranee on W.I.T.C.H. and Trixie on American Dragon.

This is Crystal, can't find Miss Kittie anywhere.

I forgot to mention his role as T-Bone on SWAT Kats. Very different from your average Adler offering, it's great to hear him as such a normal (and actually fairly gruff-sounding) voice.
Anyway, Jess Harnell voices wackier characters than Adler ever did (and he almost always uses that Ringo Starr voice).
Try downloading his demo reel sometime. He's got a pretty good range, as also demonstrated by his roles as Hunter on Road Rovers and Jerry on Totally Spies!.

Don't let Megatron hear you call him a human.:D Yes, Welker's always been the go-to guy for inhuman sounds, but it's only recently he's been typecast as them. Remember the good old days of Transformers, Real Ghostbusters, and Inspector Gadget?

And let's not forget, he was also Fred on "Scooby-Doo", the title character from "Jabberjaw", Gogo Dodo on "Tiny Toon Adventures", and Ralph, Runt, and Thaddeus Plotz on "Animaniacs". Not to mention that tour-de-force turn as Nibbler's speaking voice on "Futurama".

Another not-standard role for Charlie Adler: Back in the day, he was the voice of Eric Raymond on Jem. I was honestly shocked to learn he voiced Eric; Adler does a good slimy creep, but I never would've guessed it was him.

Nor is Pinky from 'Pinky And The Brain', Arthur from 'The Tick', or the Box Ghost from 'Danny Phantom'.
Rob Paulsen has actually done a pretty impressive variety of roles. Have a look at his Voice Chasers page:

You're right. Paulsen is far more versatile than people give him credit for (just compare his Animaniacs work with his Danny Phantom characters). Too bad some people write him off as a one-voicer.
Despite being relatively new actors, Greg Cipes and Ashley Johnson have been casted twice at voicing two romantically involved couples on two separate shows.
And if I'm not mistaken, all of their characters are kids/young teens.

As well as Dynomutt, Dr. Jeremiah Surd on Jonny Quest:TRA; Superfriends' Darkseid and Kalibak, Mr. Smith from down the road, my grandmother, your girlfriend, and the entire population of Luxembourg. And their pets, of course.

Despite being a voice actor at Hannah Barbera at the time, he never actually acted in the original Jonny Quest.

The original JC was made in the early sixties, no? That would be a bit before Frank's time (his first regular voice gig was Scooby-Doo's Freddy, starting in '69).

Actually, TRA (The Real Adventures) was made in the 90s. It's the one where the first 'season' crew was three years behind deadline with their shows, and it was left to one group to salvage it on a shoestring & another to continue it on half a shoestring. It was aired to death in the early days of Toonami, and even as a fan, it was a bit annoying after a while.
Man, now I gotta find my tapes. I wanna watch it again.
I thought of another typecast VA - Lauren Tom. For every three female Asian characters, she voices two. And most of the time, Janice Kawaye voices the other one.

Lorenzo Music - good-natured slacker (Garfield,Tubbi Gummi, Peter on Real Ghostbusters.)
Tony Jay - elegantly evil (Megabyte, Shere Khan, Baron Mordo)
Scatman Crothers - just a generally unique voice (Jazz, Hong Kong Phooey)

Phil LaMaar and Kevin Michael Richardson are usually the first ones to go to when you need a black male character, but they've done countless others as well. Richardson has a surprisingly good range.

You can't really get typecast as having a unique voice. That's not a character type.

Monique from Kim Possible (Raven-Symone)
Vixen from Justice League Unlimited (Gina Torres)
Eliza Maza from Gargoyles (actually bi-racial, but the actress who plays her - Salli Richardson - is black)
Diana Maza in Gargoyles (Nichelle Nichols)
Penny Proud from the Proud Family (Kyla Pratt)
Claudia Grant in Robotech (Iona Morris, who also played Storm in X-Men: The Animated series)
Bumblebee in Teen Titans (T'Keyah Crystal Keymah)
If I took the time to look back into older shows, I'm sure I could find a few more (Hanna-Barbera had several African-American actresses working on their shows during the '70's and '80's), but I just wanted to mention some of the more recent ones.

I know there are some exception like that and Scargar from Megas XLR, but he often voices a salesperson, a politician and the like. Ok he's not a 'typecast voiceactor', but Phil Hartman was moreso. Matt Groening even designed Zapp Brennighan for him originally because of the personality.

Numbah 3 for Numbah 4 on KND
Amy for Fry (briefly) on Futureama
Connie for Bobby on King of the Hill
Dana for Terry/Bataman on Batman Beyond
Laura for Josh/Max Steel on Max Steel

Janice Kawaye usually plays young girls or teenagers, despite being much older (but NOT old). And, like Lauren Tom, she usually plays asians. Oddly enough, I can only recall one instance where she spoke an asian language: Japanese.
Question: As the voice of Gi (the water planeteers) on Captain Planet, did they ever give details one Gi's ethnicity? Or was she Pan-Asian, like Kwame was Pan-Sub Sahara African?
