Game Show DVD sets [Archive]

In the last few years we seen DVD sets of game shows You Bet Your Life, Queen for a Day, Jeopardy!, and - released this week - Match Game. Any word on DVD sets for game shows The Price is Right (Bob Barker version), Wheel of Fortune, Family Feud (Richard Dawson version), Tattletales, Hollywood Squares (Peter Marshall version), Let's Make a Deal, The Newlywed Game, The Dating Game, and/or The Gong Show?

Absolutely none, although a Password set with that 1973 show they just found would be awesome.

The problem with creating game show dvd sets is that many 50's-60's-70's shows were junked by their respective networks (ABC and NBC in particular). Also clearances.

I had no idea they'd release sets of any game shows. The only one I would consider paying for is Win Ben Stein's Money.

My friend had a Who wants to be a millionaire US version. Just yesterday I saw they're releasing a Bert Newton's Family Feud DVD game (Aus).

I remember when Double Dare had a few VHS releases. I doubt those will ever make it to DVD though.

There was also on VHS in the past game show related Fun House Fitness and MTV'S Singled Out: The Dirt on the Dates.
