The age of consent for being an animator keeps dropping and dropping everywhere I look.

A good friend of mine who is 19 with no college experience is already working at a big-time 3D commercial company.

One of my cousins of about 12 already knows Flash up-and-down.

For pete sake, a 15 year old kid was offered a job at Aardman and TURNED IT DOWN!

What do you guys think?

In regards to the 12 year old, there are many kids that age who can figure out flash. Getting a job, however, is a completely different story. I'm very surprised by that story about the 15-year-old rejecting the Aardman job, but it was probably a smart move on his part.
