Straight from the official site. (http://www.macys.com/campaign/parade/paradelineup.jsp)
I'm pretty disappointed in the lineup though (especially considering it's the 80th anniversary) but Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends getting a float makes up for it a little bit. Flying Ace Snoopy will be neat too.
I suppose this can be the talkback too.

Very dissapointed in the line-up...usually there is a lot more sense of Community with a lot more Broadway show floats and performances.

Community? You don't know how this parade works. Don't blame Macy's for any odd changes--it's the entrants themselves that pay for space in the parade and finance these things. That's why most of the balloons and floats are corporate schemes. It's the reason for that stupid Ask Jeeves balloon that stayed around for several years, and it's the reason why there is still a Tutenstein float in this parade for the third year in a row even though no kid on Earth watches it.
I wish there was a Bloo balloon, but if a float is what we're getting, expect a bunch of people in monster outfits and a real kid representing Mac, and a pop singer no one has heard of covering a song for a minute and a half.
The Peanuts balloon has been changed yet again. I thought the "Charlie Brown chases football" balloon was great....
I find it hilarious that "Barbie" is listed in the Talent category.
I wonder if the new Pokémon balloon will simply be the standard 10th Anniversary logo, or something a bit different (i wouldn't mind a re-creation of one of the first ending theme's images).

I watch it religiously.
Then again, I'm not a kid.

Well, they showed the Foster's float and it was a lot better than I expected. No Mac, but they represented each character with puppets and they sung a song with the original voices. They also had some Good Wilt Hunting pimpage, so it was nice to have it there. It's the CN original most worthy of a float. The only problem was that it made it seem like a show for really young kids. Although, there was an actual promo for it during the break, so that will likely help. Overall, the puppets were okay. The Bloo puppet was pretty awful, but they did pretty nice puppets for Wilt and Eduardo. Coco's puppet was okay. If anyone was watching near the end of that, Cheese breifly appeared.
Edit: My bad, Mecca. Al Roker said it, I think.

[comment on how SQ thought Foster's song was original because Al Roker is a videot]
And wow the Bloo puppet was atrocious.

"Healthy Mr. Potato Head"? What...he's not the lovable mishapen potato anymore?
And roofle for Barbie in the Talent session. I'm kinda surprised Bratz wasn't in the parade.

I hated this byear's parade. LOTS of lip-synched music, crappy balloons, and worst of all, no magic.

Sandy Patty has really let herself go. Talk about plumping up.

Some of the most obvious lyp-sinching ever. Pretty lousy selection of Broadway shows, too. Still, it's always a fun tradition. Looked like a miserable day to be there, though. Glad I stayed home. It's always too crowded anyway--better to watch from TV, really.

The song was okay, the Coco puppet looked weird... but at least they got Bloo's annoyingless down pat. That was a pleasure to watch. :p

All singers who are invited to the parade are required to lip-synch, in case they mess up.
Who's Sandy Patty?
A gospel music legend.

LAME.
I am upset that I missed the event though, I gotta start waking up earlier.
Does anyone have pictures of the other balloons and floats?

Anyone see the link to the foster's float on Fark.com? The link submitter thought it was an Adult Swim float (still on their front page).

The parade I saw last year was better. Maybe because I was there in person to see it live. :D
