I know that there are alot of you people who hate the show, but I'm curious. What in your opinions "would" make Zeta good? I myself find it watchable even good at sometimes (though I'm not anything like some of my pals who think it is better then the likes of BB, BTAS, or Supes,) but even I see places where it could improve. I understand that the KWB execs are really pushing for this to be child freindly, so what's your opinion?

what could make it better? Change Zeta's attitude, and have him trying to kill the agents who are trying to de-activate him.
Ditch Ro, he doesn't need her.
Oh..and end the show at the end of season 2.. :D

yeah, ro isn't really helping zeta. i mean, if anything, she's been using him for his unlimited credit line. maybe they should mutually part ways and let zeta continue his search for his makers and for his freedom. and he needs to get a little tougher. stop toying with those agents and show 'em what you can really do. of course, it'll be the same old story next seaon, with the bright animation and the attitude and inteligence lacking zeta who's dragging around a fifteen year old whiner. thank you kids WB, for quality programing. i just pray they make more room for pokemon:p yeah right, more crap...

I think Zeta as a show should do what all shows in this possition should do. They need to stop being afraid of the whole "caution for kid friendliness" thing, because it ALWAYS just plain ruins a show. Zeta can be kid friendly, I don't mind....that much. It's just that I find quite a few episodes I've seen as junk.
And the beginning theme and sequence looks good visually, but it's kinda....I dunno, dorky -even for me.

So you thought this to? Yeah the very first part is cool, but the end with him and RO running is just kinda lame.

For me? CHange the entire friggin concept of the show. It's been done to death!!! Part "Pinochio", part "Short Circuit". part "Fugitive". Originality factor = 0.

Okay here's my list.
Make it more sophisticated, put Zeta in a moral dilema where he might have to kill someone, or have him do something crazy like try and destroy himself (that was rather interesting for a nanosecond there I thought he was going to sacrifice himself, Terry yanked him though.)
Put some BB villans in there. Stalker trying to hunt Zeta would be cool.
Don't kill the kid freindly thing, but on the other hand don't insult our intelligence. (to their credit they killed the educational thing at the end)
Have him finally meet his creator.

Best way to fix Zeta...
Cancel the friggin thing and use the money to make new Batman, Superman, or Batman Beyond shows.
Or, better yet, have a nice tie-in with Pokeman (WB's bread and butter) and have him go on a rampage and kill all of those little freaks.
Sorry, that was harsh. But someone had to say it!

Batman should come and beat up Zeta. Perfect ending.

Give it a rest guys, Zeta is probably going to be here for a while. So at least think of ways that will make it barable to watch.

If zeta was really that smart he would have shut himself off a long time ago.

(1) Kill the tin man. I'm thinking an aluminum can crusher in a recycling center.
(2) Bennett captures Ro. She never dons a disguise and sticks out like a middle finger in a California rush hour. Plus in "Hicksburg" Bennett recognizes Z when he spots Ro right beside him in a window in news footage.
(3) Give Ro an edge. Let her cuss out Bennett, kick him in the cojones and/or hawk a loogie in his face.
(4) Ro watches Zeta die and realizes she loved him. Maybe she's even rather curious as to what relations would have been like with Z. "He was so childlike, so innocent, so g.d. stupid sometimes," she sobs, "but I...I think that's kind of what I like in a man!"
(5) Ro goes to prison, where she serves 18 months for aiding/abetting a felon. She pumps iron, gets a tattoo, learns to smash beer cans with her hands/forehead, and becomes queen witch-with-a-b of Cellblock 13.
(6) She gets out, a little older, a lot harder, and meaner than a Doberman with a tooth abcess. She dedicates her life to making Bennett and his goons pay, hunting them down and executing them in grotesque, imaginative ways.
(7) Dark colors and darker scripts. Plus a new title, maybe a new name for Ro. Something feminine yet with an edge. I like dames with an edge.

Okay, a REAL reply to your post here, I.R. Joey. (Sort of. My friends think my ideas are too silly. They may be right)
I'm a fan of strange, weird, metaphysical science-fiction. I like bleakness, but I can understand being kid friendly, too...
Soooo...
Give the show some real direction. The baddies from company X have got to go. Armed corporations have never been a fave of mine. Woo. Corporate guys with laser guns. I'm shaking. (Now corporate guys with lawyers...THAT's scary)
Next--head trips. I love head trips, and you do too. Have Ro be mind wiped into a vegetable by the baddies, and Zeta takes down the CORPORATION in anger. Good, now that that's out of the way, Zeta takes Ro to a reknown scientist in order to find a way to restore her. The scientist finds out that the mind wiped has activated at innate ability Ro has had--PSYCHIC power! But since she's a vegetable, she can't use it...until one night she starts screaming. They find out that someone is CALLING her! Using some gizmo to tap into her brain, they find disturbing memories...and the location of the person who is calling her! They search this person out...only to find that this person looks EXACTLY LIKE RO!
Ro's twin lets out a shocking secret--she and Ro are actually cloned from the remains of Eve!!! (Here's where the show gets complaints from religious groups)
Zeta is in a state of disbelief. Eve? From Adam and Eve? Where in the world did they find her remains? Ro's twin tells him. It is in the Sahara Desert. But she needs Zeta to open up the entrance to the underworld. They go to the desert and the twin tells Zeta the spot of the entrance. It turns out that Zeta has to UNITE with Ro and her twin's minds to open up an entrance. Zeta and the twins link minds and telepathically call the underworld's gatekeeper. The entrance opens up and Zeta and Ro and the twin go in to find....
A garden city of a highly advanced race destined to recreate PARADISE! Here they meet a beautiful but somewhat alien woman, who immediately takes an interest to Zeta. She uses HER telepathic mind to open up a FLOOD of memories Zeta has never remembered having...he isn't just a robot, he is was made from more...MUCH more! It turns out that he has had many lives...he's lived though World War 2, he's been through revolutions in Japan, he's fought against the Mongols in China...
Zeta is about to go crazy at his lack of identity. And then...
Well, that's all I've got. Now if you'll excuse me, it's time for my daily magic mushrooms intake...mmmm, mushrooms.
